1. 前台服務態度都挺好的。 2. 攜程預訂提前入住4小時，實際到酒店也有可能預訂的房型沒有空房入住的情況，我們遇到後選擇了花錢升級一個房型才有了空房。最便宜的大床房基本上都是尾房，不喜歡尾房的慎住。 3. 酒店有兩個電梯，電梯有掃房卡摁按鈕的這個功能現實，但是實際上根本不需要刷房卡就能摁樓層，所以這點上不喜歡的慎住，其實我也不喜歡，但是沒辦法住都住了。 4. 同樓3樓是棋牌室，我們住4樓，我們樓上5樓的住户一直在拖椅子拖桌子大笑非常吵，因為房間是木地板，樓層之間很薄，所以不隔音。別的酒店有些是毛毯地板就會好很多，所以不接受的慎住。 5. 早餐的味道還行。小餛飩還蠻不錯的。 6. 我們住的是可以看到馬路的南面，雙層玻璃的隔音效果很好。沒想到外面不吵人，反而是上層的住户吵的要命。 7. 酒店的地理位置還可以，打車也挺方便。門口也有公交車站台。下高鐵站也有公交車可以到酒店100米處，出入方便。因為離得近，所以住客很多，很雜亂。 8. 1.5米雙床房房間很大，床也很大很舒適。 9. 看電視的話，遙控器不太好調頻。目前能想到的就這點了，希望能給大家參考。

The hotel seems to have opened in 2020, and the facilities are very new and complete. In particular, there is a great free swimming pool, where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery outside the window while swimming and exercising. The hotel butler Ke Ke's service is very attentive and in place. He understands all the needs in advance before check-in.

Service: Ctrip can exchange points for arrival at 10 o'clock and departure at 14 o'clock. When I arrived after 9 o'clock and the room was not cleaned, the hotel upgraded the room! The service is great! Environment: Not bad, the location is convenient, the bus station is not far, and taxis are all nearby. It was quite windy during the event where fans were given away for short commentaries that day.

Hygiene: The tabletop in the room can be said to be spotless Service: All the service staff are courteous and just right. Zhang Dandan from the housekeeping department is patient and meticulous. The waiters in the restaurant are patient and meticulous when ordering. I just wanted to slow down the pace and relax myself when I went to Shengzhou. I was also introduced by my colleagues. See There is no wrong recommendation here Environment: Maybe there was an event when we checked in, and the venue was always reserved, but it didn't feel cluttered and organized. Facilities: It’s the gate at the entrance from one building to another. It’s really a bit load-bearing.

Hotel location is very good, opposite Century Lianhua, not far from Wuyue Plaza. The hotel parking lot is quite large, and there is a wedding banquet every day during the eleventh period. The room is quite big and the health is good.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the hotel's family room. The spaciousness of the room provided ample space for my family and me to relax comfortably. The firsthand experience was truly delightful, allowing us to create memorable moments together. While the room boasted a pleasing view, it's worth noting that the positioning of the two beds felt a bit distant, which could be improved for a more cohesive family experience. The sliding bathroom door posed a minor inconvenience as it wasn't the easiest to navigate, and I found myself struggling with it at times. Another minor drawback was the absence of shelves or storage options within the shower area, making it a bit challenging to keep our toiletries organized. Despite these minor shortcomings, our overall experience in the family room was positive. The spaciousness and engaging atmosphere certainly outweighed the small inconveniences we encountered. We left with fond memories of our time there and would consider returning in the future.

The hotel staff didn't speak any English at all, but they were quite helpful. The room itself wasn't cleaned and there was clearly visible dirt on the carpet, we also got used, dirty and smelly hotel slippers - I asked the staff by using translator to replace it and clean our room because it wasn't cleaned, the promised to do this. They changed our slippers to new ones but the carpet wasn't vacuumed properly again. Apart from that it was fine. Breakfast was nice, rooms are spacious. The check-in and check-out procedure is time consuming because the staff doesn't know English and their procedures are aged - they copied my whole passport with all the previous trips to China and produced a lot of paper in the process for no reason. The check-out was done and we were asked to wait (to check if we used mini bar or something), but no one told us afterwards we can go so we waited for 5 minutes for no reason, I finally asked if we can go and only then the receptionist said yes xD
