This Hyatt is the worst Hyatt I have ever stayed at. The hardware facilities are still good because it is newly built. Compared with five-star service and management, there is still a lot of room for improvement. The most intolerable thing is that the room provided to me was not a normal room. It's a room in a suite. The soundproofing is very poor, and there is only one door between us and the guests next to us. The sounds of their conversation and exchanges at night could be heard clearly. I only slept for two hours the day I stayed, it was too noisy! Look at the extra bed they arranged! Blankets and jackets are provided. You want to use it, hum! You have to put it in yourself. After negotiating with Ctrip, the quilt was delivered late at night. It was just a quilt. The quilt was a quilt and the jacket was a jacket. If you want to use it, you have to do it yourself. After showering, there would be so much water spilling out that I almost slipped! Because it is not a standard room, the shower they provide allows guests to take a shower in the bathtub, and the water flows outside to the floor. I have to praise Ctrip's service here. It's really good. If there are any problems, they can actively negotiate and resolve them. I have used Booking and agoda when traveling abroad before. But when encountering problems, Ctrip is the one who can seriously solve them. There are many varieties of breakfast, but it doesn't feel delicious. There is a Starbucks in the hotel, but I feel that the taste is better than that in China. The waiter at the front desk is really not very patient with Chinese people. I speak Arabic English with a strong accent and very fast.

You can walk to the Giza Pyramids, saving the trouble of taking a taxi~ The hotel staff are really friendly and enthusiastic, which is in sharp contrast to the local people who are cheating outside! It is also walking distance from the new Egyptian Museum, but there is no exhibition in the new museum now, so you can walk over to see the appearance~ The shortcomings are not actually the problem of the hotel, but the surrounding environment is too messy... It’s hard to say... I don’t recommend you to walk outside too much... In addition, a small Carrefour is about 15 minutes’ walk, and the supermarket is still much better than the small shops opposite the hotel that charge prices at will! There is a quite modern small coffee shop opposite, although the price is a bit high, but it tastes good!

Don't be fooled by the dilapidated lobby and the small elevator. The room was very clean, our couple took two children and lived very well. All service staff are very enthusiastic. It's a bit cold at night during the Chinese New Year, so be sure to bring a windbreaker or a slightly thicker dress. But it's hot during the day. It is a recently built hotel, and payment is made at the time of stay. The view is the best, and the hotel itself is very clean. It's all completely new. The experience in the hotel has been amazing!! We received an incredible service from everyone but specially from Manna who has been a star in everything. He gave us an upgrade, we had amazing views on the first line just in front of the pyramids, with a balcony and the room was big and clean. We had problems with our tour booked with another agency and he resolved everything from his amazing agency and we enjoyed the day around the best places in Cairo historical areas. We received the best service and we will be forever grateful. We fully recommend this experience. The price of the room with breakfast included, the views and the tour were great. Our stay at Azal Pyramids Hotel was fantastic! The room was beautiful, and having a safe big enough to hold a laptop made our tours even more enjoyable, as I never had to worry about my work computer. The wonderful pool was perfect for a refreshing dip after a hot day. The standout was the exceptional service from Karim and Ahmed, who were always warm, helpful, and a lot of fun! We highly recommend this gem for an incredible experience in Egypt!
