Sheffield Metropolitan Hotel by Belvilla

Friendly staff, comfortable stay in Sheffield. The room had everything you need, quite spacious room. Tea, coffee, hairdryer, iron, fan. It was very clean. Thank you!

very nice cleav hotel stayed here many times recently its got everything you need and on this stay the management went above and beyond and upgraded us to a superior king room for nothing exceeds expectations

Arrived into a very dusty room, with somr lights not workkng, and the bsghroom not cleaned properly. Tridd to pay cash and advised it was card only, but not signage advising of this. Didnt svail of breskfast ad trying to charge children ftom the age 10 as adults.

It was a readable reasonably priced hotel. Only issue was that the rooms were not that well lit.

A hotel past its best in terms of decor. We were there during the July heatwave and the room was like an oven. We had a small fan to help us keep cool, but the window only opened a couple of inches, so no fresh air got in the room. Having said that on our final night of four we were allowed to move to the other side of the hotel away from the sun, which was much better, The breakfast selection was amazing and overall excellent value for 50 GBP per night including 2 breakfasts, so will happily return. Just if it's hot ask for room with a rear view!

I was most disappointed by the hotel’s lack of empathy and compassion. I had booked a non refundable reservation however on the way there I was involved in a traffic accident where my car was totally written off. I wrote to the hotel twice for a refund also sending proof of my accident but to date I have had no reply. Not great service at all.

Well worth the stay from arrival they were very helpful with parking, check in was smooth the room was nice and clean and the breakfast was perfect thank you to all the staff for a nice stay

The Hotel covers that basic needs and was in a perfect location for what we wanted, its not up there in lavishness but neither is the price, so if you want a hotel that does the job at a very reasonable price this is definitely the one. I would happily stay again if this was the location i wanted to be in, bearing in mind i travelled for business.
