Perfect location if you are passing through I/40 and need clean comfortable place with professional staff.
Hot Breakfast included - great deal and adjacent to lots of other food and / fuel options.
Once again the bed very comfy and clean, and front desk staff flexible and attentive!

I was on a long road trip and this was the nicest place I stayed at. Very nice room. The TV worked fine, had HBO channels, and a good channel guide. I slept like a baby. Air conditioner was working great in the 100 degree temperatures, not loud at all. The breakfast was just great. A nice variety of good food. The lady who staffed the breakfast needs recognition. On the morning of August 25th she was working hard to keep it clean and ready to eat.

I previously worked at a holiday inn we were expected to have the rooms up to par. Everything wiped down floors vacuumed furniture moved—-when I say clean they were CLEAN and the bedding was TIGHT. This was the complete opposite. Crumbs, food in the AC vents dirty microwave dirty fridge. Bedding was half a$$ed thrown on. This wouldn’t have ever been a room to check a guest in back when I worked at holiday inn guess expectations have changed.

Here for a baseball tournament from Minnesota. We wanted to watch our teams playoff game. We were quietly watching a basketball game in the tv area while our families were sleeping in their rooms and the manager came in and turned off the TV because the rule was 10pm tv off. Bad customer service in my opinion.

Bed was comfy and room was big. Was a little run down. The sheer curtains were ripped and you couldn’t change the temp on the air/heat. Had to go get a new light built because one of the nightstand lights was burnt out. Could also not connect to the tv (it would say weak signal or couldn’t connect). The lobby and breakfast area were nice and clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself was fine, but were lied to being told that we will have a bottom floor, handicapped room. Upon check in they put us on the fourth floor saying that no such reservation was requested.We even held on hold for a while as he confirmed the room. Then when we got here, we went to turn on the television and could not make it work properly. There are no instructions, so we are unable to watch TV when we arrive after a hard day of driving, we just want to stretch out and watch a little TV and couldn’t Even do that! If this is how holiday Inns are looking from now on, we will have to cancel our next reservation, and I will never go back to any holiday inn!

So I was very skeptical of this hotel because there are a lot of negative reviews. This place was very nice. Staff was pleasant. Room was perfect and very clean. Yes the carpets could be steam cleaned but that’s everywhere.

Needed one night and previous reviews had been favorable. Our experience wasn't so good. Carpet was dirty as was bathroom floor. The towels were dingy and stained. Only a piece of a roll of toilet paper and tissue box was empty with no spares for either. Had to go to desk to ask for more tp. Waiting for elevator we noticed a large wad of hair on floor. But will say staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. But don't think we will stay here again. It just felt unkept and not so clean. Especially for $190/night.

The room smelled of smoke 🚬! Hair in shower 🤢 headboard smeared with something. Lamp pulled out of wall. Hazard Not staying at another holiday inn. Stained black towels That is hair in pic of shower
