The room was not clean and had food in the refrigerator from previous tenants. Also the room had a strong sent of cologne. Bedding didn’t seem to be washed either. Very disappointed in this Hilton

The hotel is about what you would expect when staying at a Hilton Garden Inn-nothing spectacular and nothing bad. The main difference at this hotel though was the staff. They have the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. Every single staff member always greeted you and with a smile. Now, for the hotel. A few places to eat in the surrounding area but to find good restaurants you would need to travel a bit. The one thing I did not like was the noise from the traffic-you can hear the cars/trucks traveling down the interstate. Overall, definitely a place to consider when visiting the Cincinnati area.

This is terrible for my daughter’s birthday celebration we were forced to leave at 136 in the morning due to a roach crawling over my daughter and her friends. We moved the covers back and the bed was covered in small roaches. During all the commotion the girls yelling 2 came from behind the pillow and there was 3 on the curtain bigger sized. Due to all rooms being sold out they were unable to Accommodate a room move and advised we can stay in the room with the bugs or leave for the night!! At almost 2am!!! Ruined my daughters entire birthday

This was our second stay at this hotel. As Hilton Rewards members we get points and a $10 credit apiece for breakfast. Sure, we could have stayed at a Hampton Inn where the breakfast is free but the breakfast and coffee at the Hampton Inn is less than desirable. We also got a free upgrade and received a nicer room. The hotel is clean and comfortable with a pleasant staff. Although it’s a bit north of downtown the reasonable rates are a major plus. Although there no particularly upscale restaurants in the area there are a number of low to mid priced restaurants near the hotel that are convenient. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Great hotel. Clean. Well maintained. Just needed dinner. There was no bar or restaurant available. No complaints otherwise. Friendly staff and good quality as a Hilton garden inn. I will come back again if you have some food and drink. The property was nice overall.

Hilton Garden Inn Sharonville has everything going for it-very nice, very clean, very convenient and super friendly Britney at the front desk who really makes you feel welcome. There is a reason most of the reviews are Excellent or Very Good. We’ll be back.

Scouring the area for the best prices this place was more reasonable compared to other places in the Cincinnati area. Was it the best deal? Perhaps not but OK. The staff was pleasant and gave us a room on the first floor next to the side door by the parking lot. As a gold rewards member we were able to get $10 each off of breakfast that only cost $2.95 each for the buffet. In the old days before Covid you got breakfast free but this will do. Trust me it’s much better than the breakfasts you get at a Hampton Inn. The room was adequate and the bed was comfortable except for the pillows. The bathroom was not large and it could have used a fan to clear the steam after a shower. We were surprised that they came in the next day to leave fresh towels and emptied the garbage cans. That is rare after Covid these days. The hotel was at the end of an access road and there were some nearby mid priced restaurants and a couple of gas stations plus easy access to the highway. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

I was here for a weekend trip with my family. During that time, there were multiple rowdy parties with young people that appeared to be just teenagers. On both Friday and Saturday nights, there was police presence on the property. On Saturday night, I poked my head out to see police escorting a man in handcuffs and another officer holding an evidence bag. I know things can happen anywhere, but I wouldn't have expected this at a Hilton. Would not recommend this location to anyone wanting to feel safe with their family!

Nice hotel very clean yes I would stay there again, location was good 17 minutes from downtown not far from shopping mall, clean towel bed very comfortable easy access to the interstate overall very clean hotel
