First time at this hotel and myself and my partner (Age: 34 and 30) absolutely loved it! We had been recommended to stay here by a couple of people and so glad we took their advice as we are already looking at dates for next year! My review on the different bits of the holiday: Hotel areas - the hotel has some lovely grounds and it just feels so big, even though it’s a big hotel it never felt crowded in the different spaces, everywhere is clean and tidy and the staff are constantly maintaining everywhere. The beach is literally right on the complex so easy to go between pool/beach/restaurants etc… we didn’t walk out of the hotel so not sure what is around outside. Room - we had an adult swim up room and paid the extra to pick a specific room. Really pleased we did this as it meant we picked a room that had the sun basically all day (3140). The room was really spacious with massive comfy bed, smart TV, blackout curtains and dressing table. The bathroom was probably the only thing that needed updating really but still really clean and had everything needed. The swim up balcony was great - there was one sun bed and 2 reclining chairs and a table. Food - food was really good and plentiful, the buffet restaurant was one of the best all inclusive I’ve been to, fresh omelettes, pancakes and eggs in the morning with the usual buffet stuff then at lunch and dinner a fresh pasta station and some special station dishes. I never struggled to find anything to eat. The great thing about this hotel is the restaurants, 3 are included in the price (Italian, Middle Eastern and tex mex) - you get 3 visits for 7 days, 4 visits for 8-10 days and 6 visits for 11+ days. Then Asian, Teppenyaki and steak is additional charge. We ate at all 6: Italian - amazing! Lovely pasta and great setting Middle Eastern - something different and great to try more traditional dishes - very tasty food and great service Tex Mex - more akin to the sort of food we eat at home but really enjoyed the fajitas they were so big! You can also eat here in the day for lunch included in the price. Asian - food was nice but thought value for money was better at Teppenyaki for very similar food. For starters and main for both was about £45. Teppenyaki - so good we went twice! Really fun live cooking and we even got involved! The food was amazing - Alaa is so talented! Cost about £31 for the two of us for starters and main. Steak - this is stone grill so food is cooked in front of you. Enjoyed the experience and was nice food. About £45 for two surf and turfs (steak and shrimp) You book the restaurant on a screen in reception which is really easy but you have to be quite quick as booking opens 2 days before the date and the prime times fill up quick. You could also get food from the food court for lunch which did pizza, noodles, burgers, wraps and salad. This was a good option for a quicker bite to eat. Drinks - Due to the tax costs, the alcohol is not branded so only local spirits
