Brilliant service from talented multi-lingual staff. Clean beach with all areas including pools and grounds well maintained. Food and drink more than plentiful.

This is our third time in this hotel!!! The perfect hotel for those who are tired of work and fuss. Very cozy hotel, green area, everything is well-kept, everything is clean. Excellent Wi-Fi everywhere, you just connect to the hotel network and it works automatically without registration. Absolutely amazing staff, delicious food, drinks, cocktails. We stayed here in October 2024, the hotel was full, so we had to fight" for a room, only on the 5th day we managed to check into the room we liked. Room cleaning every day (special thanks to the room service guy Mohamed), excellent mattress, clean linen, always a fresh towel, silence at night, everything is great. The beach and the sea are wonderful, a long coastline, no crowds of people. A bonus on the beach was that a huge turtle often swims to the beach. Corals began to grow on stone slabs and rocks, which indicates a healthy ecology. In general, the hotel has switched to the concept of rejecting plastic, and there are no more plastic bottles of water in the bar and in the room. And in the bar they try to pour into glass containers. The food is delicious and quite varied, there is always a choice of meat and fish. Special thanks to the chefs, the level and quality of preparation are excellent. The food is wonderful, everything is very tasty, a great variety, personal preferences for Egyptian-Arabic cuisine. Drinks are also for every taste, everything is very high quality, excellent drinks, a variety of cocktails. The waiters are just great, the guys try very hard, always polite, smiling. We really liked the hotel, no complaints. Highly recommended!!!
