The hotel was very good for business travel. The bonus was the steam room. They could open the pool earlier though as I prefer my early morning swim. The chefs/food was a delight. Definitely be returning back here.

My 9th stay here is as comfortable as the first one. The staff is very efficient and cooperative. Thanks to the house keeping expert Than Than who made sure to add brightness and colour with lovely masterpiece with zero compromise on cleaning. The complimentary tray of dessert delicacies was fantastic. The warm feeling of welcome from everyone make it feel like a second home. Location is excellent with best views of corniche from every room. Hotel is new and maintenance is good.

Very good place situation right in the heart of Sharjah with affordable prices. It has good restaurants and a Hypermarket nearby. The service is quick. One hotel boy, Rohit, was always smiling and was always ready to do extra work.

I stayed in this Hotel during a visit to Dubai last year. The room was beautiful, clean and well stocked. The room and services exceeded my expectations in every way. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. After I lost my phone and cards on the second day of my visit, the manager went well out of his way to help me get in touch with friends and family and get through the rest of my visit safely. I was blown away by the hospitality and kindness shown to me. 100% recommend this hotel.

Hotel is not bad! Yes, not new! And worth, your money. Breakfast is worthy! Rats, have not seen or heard. Room cleaning every day. Bed and towel change every day. Bed is clean! The people write that towel needs to be asked. Yes, it is. 3 days lived, after cleaning put 1 towel, although we are 2 and take 2 towels. Get down to the recession, please one more. Without the prole, in 5 minutes they bring. Wi-Fi is negligible, but for 2 days. We need to go down for a new password every 2 days. For us this is not a problem. In central streets in cafes and restaurants, prices range from 20 to 40 dirham per portion. Between the yards are 2 times cheaper. Don't be afraid, local, sit down at the table and order. They can cook personally, not acute food, but it will be necessary to wait 10-15 minutes. They can put ready, but acute and immediately. The price for the dish is not changed. The location of the hotel for us is acceptable, up to water 2 to 3 km. Taxi and buses have not been canceled. We, at 50, walk easily to the beach and back. 1 time by bus and 1 time by taxi. This hotel is like a sand castle from a fairy tale movie. We had a very nice suite next to the sea with very beautiful views. We got complementary upgrade as our room was on the first floor and a bit close to the swimming pool. All the people who work there are so amazing, Monica, nemma, Allam, and Ahmad the booking manager was sweet and helpful. They upgraded us to the best executive suite during the rain to make sure we are safe. Food was amazing and all service personnel were very professional and quick to accommodate. Very happy we spend our short vacation here. Looking forward to seeing everyone again. I highly recommend Sheraton Sharjah and would visit again for sure.

We were there at the beginning of May 2024. I really liked the location - on the one hand, it is much cheaper than in Dubai, on the other hand, you can get to Dubai within an hour. Unlike Dubai, they do not charge a resort tax. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the Dubai Mall - departure from the hotel at approximately 15.40, departure from the Dubai Mall at 21.00. We ordered a taxi to the airport from the hotel, it cost 100 dirhams. Grocery supermarkets and an outlet are within walking distance from the hotel. Convenient to cross the road to the beach. The hotel has a small indoor pool with warm water, a bathhouse and a sauna. At the reception you can exchange dollars and euros for dirhams - at the rate of 3.6 at the exchange office at the airport they exchanged us 3.45. It was my daughter’s birthday, which we didn’t notify the hotel about, and when we returned from the beach we saw a gift - a cake. It was a pleasure. During our stay, we were asked three times whether the quality of service was satisfactory - once by phone, at the reception, and the cleaning manager came up. The food for breakfast was varied and tasty. We didn't take lunch or dinner, because... wanted to try different local food. If necessary, you can order, for an adult it will be approximately 60 dirhams. On the beach they provide towels and sunbeds for free, there are almost always places available. Minuses: - cool water came out of the tap and shower almost all the time, except for the last day, no matter how you regulate it. It was not very pleasant to wash. - there is a drain on the floor in the kitchen and bathroom, apparently a not very pleasant smell came from them periodically. Overall I recommend the hotel. Definitely worth the money. In terms of price-quality ratio, the best option.

The rooms at the Dream Palace Hotel are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the room was air-conditioned, which was especially important during the hot summer months. The breakfast was particularly impressive, and delicious especially the cheese omelet The hotel's location is also a major plus. It is situated in the heart of Ajman, with easy access to the city's top attractions, including the Ajman Museum, the Corniche, and the Ajman Beach. Overall, I would highly recommend the Dream Palace Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Ajman.

Relaxing great comfortable stay however experienced unpleasant situations water at 3 am stopped than back automatically and the door look didn't work and the room carpet hygiene need attention well the stuff inside amenities hotel were friendly and helpful apperiacted assist Arjun & at luggage enter was helpful by explaining direction of street.
