Borrman Sunshine Panorama Selected Hotel (Shanwei Ermalu Food Street)

The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were really enthusiastic and helpful. The hotel has dedicated parking, which was great, especially since it's so close to Ermalu Food Street. The security guard was very helpful with parking, which I appreciated. I extended my stay for another day. Breakfast was a complimentary buffet. Plus, it's right next to Fengshan Ancestral Temple and Xiaodao Fishing Village. I had a very pleasant stay.

We booked a twin room and a family room. After the front desk confirmed both rooms were satisfactory, we proceeded with check-in. Just half an hour later, after going downstairs to get our luggage, we returned to find that the tent and child-friendly decorations in the family room had been removed by the hotel without our permission. After negotiation, the hotel only offered a 50 yuan refund as compensation. This issue is entirely due to the hotel's management oversight. We had confirmed the room amenities beforehand, yet they removed facilities without authorization. For a hotel costing only a few hundred yuan, we didn't have high expectations and aren't concerned about the 50 yuan compensation. However, the hotel's attitude towards resolving the issue was perfunctory and showed no sincerity in finding a solution. This stay was a terrible experience, and we are very disappointed.

Recommended by Doubao, this hotel is pretty good. I asked for a quiet room and easy access to Ermalu Food Street. The check-in and check-out process was super fast, no waiting at all, probably due to the time of day. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered a great variety, perfect for those with a 'Guangdong palate.' If you need a place, you can book it through a hotel app!

Everything in the room was great. I took a few photos of the surroundings outside. I particularly appreciated the cleaning staff I met in the hallway; they were very polite and friendly when I asked about the laundry room details. Their kindness made me feel right at home. Thank you all! 💋 The only downside is that the hotel is right next to a hospital, so the view from the window is directly of the hospital, which I personally didn't care for.

Choosing this hotel for my trip was a great decision, no disappointments! The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Erma Road. The front desk service was incredibly warm and welcoming. My room was tidy and pleasant, and they even provided complimentary breakfast, which was a buffet. On the first floor, there's a self-service coffee machine and an ice maker, which is a nice touch.

It's also very convenient to go to Erma Road for food, and the transportation is great. Getting to Fengshan Ancestral Temple Street is also very easy.
