住過全國這麼多酒店，這是我感覺服務最差的酒店，沒有之一。夜班前台小夥子態度極其惡劣，晚上10點左右到酒店，在門口問前台停車場在哪裡，前台服務員很不耐煩的説一聲“就在前面”，我人還沒轉身前台小夥就過來就把門關掉了，找到停車場發現沒車位了，再次詢問前台還有哪裡可以停車，得到的答覆是很不耐煩的一句“我不知道，你們自己去找”。忍氣吞聲的辦好入住，到了房間發現被子下面床單上有三根彎曲的毛髮，枕頭上也有一根短髮，這明顯就是上一位住客走完以後沒有換床上用品。因為我們出行都有帶睡衣，而且開了一天車已經很累了，就將就住了一晚，汕頭這個城市很讓人失望，再也不會來了，酒店太垃圾！！！

酒店離萬象城龍眼夜巿很近，吃飯非常方便。設施較新，乾淨。早上有自助餐，品種雖不是很多但內容豐富。前台服務熱情！
