1,入住：很方便，房東提前告知入住需知等，回覆也很及時。由於我們入住時間有點晚，所以沒有拍入住的時候照片。
2,房間：實際情況與圖片一致，有兩個洗手間，主卧有浴缸送一個一次性浴缸袋，床品很乾凈。客廳可以直麪大海。小區環境非常好，感覺高大上
3，周邊：樓下就有一家牛肉火鍋店，價格一般口感也一般；還有早餐店和涼茶店及小超市；國慶在海邊有很多攤位品品茶吃吃燒烤吹吹海風，還可以放煙花。

無敵大海景一眼望去讓人頓然放鬆😭😭
彷彿置身在深海郵輪之上🚢
特別是日落的時候簡直太美啦！！！
國慶假期還有人放煙花晚上免費觀看🎆
整體非常符合ins風和摩登時代感覺💕
清潔方面也很乾凈 簡潔大方👌🏼
床品很舒服睡眠質量好👍🏻
衞生間還能泡浴缸看大海🛁
我們是本地人同學朋友聚會來休閑
樓下就是東海岸 還有牛肉火鍋
各種便利店、餐廳等配置非常齊全
朋友們玩得不亦樂乎 特別盡興！！！
兩張大床足夠睡四個人啦🤩🤩
還有一張超級大沙發也可以睡人🛏️
真的非常強烈推薦這個大民宿🏠

設計風格挺不錯的，衞生條件也可以，但是裝修的味道確實有點濃了
住宿第一天空調壞了（主卧空調風速不能超過40%，不然會有很大的噪音）
第二天很好
第三天第四天都是裝修的聲音，早上8點開始，晚上6點結束
好處是熱水器確實還行，洗澡很方便

適合自駕來汕頭租用，停車方便，計費是以進入時間算24小時15塊（有的地方以自然日算一天）。

作為旅行達人，這是住過性價比最高民宿了。設計簡約高級（黑白+胡桃木風跟我家一樣），兩房一廳兩衞一廚，乾淨整潔，客廳無敵海景，出了很多好片。房東熱情周到，好評。對面就是東海岸，樓下牛肉火鍋，吃完海邊散步真的非常棒～
