五一假期來住了兩天，感覺在異地有個家一樣，出門去龍眼南路和小公園都很方便。小區環境也挺好的。就是房間裏的一次性用品質量不好，紙巾，牙膏牙刷，洗髮露之類的，再升級升級就好了，對了，冰箱也不製冷。

在外本地人回家探親，第一次住汕頭的民宿，很欣喜地發現汕頭的民宿發展得已經很成熟了，除了性價比。居住環境和衞生情況也比酒店更好，當然也有可能是我遇到了一個跟我一樣有潔癖的房東。房東特別周到，也特別大方，基本日常生活所需要的東西都備齊了。
民宿所在地是繁華區，道路寬敞，比起旅遊景點附近更為安靜，空氣質量也更加的好。附近就有個大型綜合體，步行就可以到達。因為是居民區，所以生活配套齊全，有麪包店、披薩店，牛肉店，也有傳統的粿汁店、腸粉店及家常小炒、海鮮店之類的。小區配套的小童遊樂區小孩子們玩得很開心。這次的居住體驗很好，一定會有下次的!
