優勢應該就是位置，陽台房對面是個網紅打卡點，非節假日的價格算是性價比高了，所以衞生和設施方面細節相對就欠一點，好在陽光充足，空氣流通，可以緩解，小哥很熱情，但是沒有人提前聯繫，建議屋裡裝個衣服掛鈎，想掛衣服都沒地方

位置：
民宿位於麥當勞打卡位正對面，我們的房間有露台一開窗便能看見大M字，而且每天早上都有陽光透過露台灑進房間內，真的很美。去小公園和步行街區都很方便，都是10分鐘內可以去到的路程。
房間設施：
1. 房間內有兩張1.5米雙人床，床褥較硬不過可接受。
2. 毛巾是一次性的毛巾，牙刷牙膏同樣，每天都會換新。
3. 廁所和淋浴間是獨立玻璃間隔，沖涼間有洗髮、護髮、沐浴露提供，不過護髮素瓶子裏只有很少，我們第一個晚上便用完了，建議店家下次可以refill多點。淋浴間的邊角位置有水銹跡，估計是平時清潔沒有處理，日積月累而成。民宿應該是用儲水式熱水爐（？），我們三個人淋浴，最後一個人洗了幾分鐘熱水用完了，所以住客要留意熱水使用的時間和用量。
4. 房間內有浴缸，但沒有遮掩，這個設計有點不合理啊。雖然現在很多酒店的雙人房都會有沒有遮掩的浴缸，但這是四人房而非雙人房，一家人/幾個朋友入住要用這個浴缸就有點奇怪了。 建議在玄關位置加個簾子增加私隱度。
5. 小米電視很多電影、劇集，挺好的。
6. 我們的房間在2樓，需要行一層樓梯，帶行李箱的旅客要留意了。
7. 總括來說，房間夠大、法式風格漂亮，露台拍照一流，值得入住。

房間很大，裝修很復古，預訂的時候一眼就看中的裝修風格，老闆人也很好，有問題都能及時溝通，離小公園、郵局和開埠文化博物館非常近，交通非常便利。

民宿在小公園，地理位置非常好，去周邊景點都很方便。房間的陽台看出去是漂亮的街景，可以感受當地的chill生活。

民宿位置非常棒，在小公園出入口，交通方便，對面就是大m打卡點，很多人拍照，房間乾淨床品很舒服，性價比較高。就是停車不是特別方便哈！建議打車前往

位置就在最中心處，去汕頭住這裏，逛景點太方便了，房間設施非常棒，礦泉水不夠還會給，服務很熱情，小陽台能看到麥當勞（這裏很多人拍照），最最重要是寵物友好，這一點太加分了！！
