The room was in general cleaned. The location is convenient, the lobby and the staff are nice, however there is lack of strict information about restriction for smokers, we stayed for 2 nights and there was people smoking in the hallway right outside of our door on both nights. The front desk, however asked the security guard to check and talk to the smokers. There was construction work since 7 am drilling and hammering right above us, so it was impossible to sleep after a long night smelling the smoke.

The toilet and drain in the first room were broken and smelled bad. They changed two rooms. The exhaust fan in one room on the 5th floor didn't work, so I helped them change it. The exhaust fan in room 312 was very noisy, but this room is not close to the road, so just open the window. When sleeping, the exhaust fan cannot be turned on. It is very noisy and buzzing. This is because this exhaust fan is too cheap. It costs more than 50 yuan a piece and is too easy to break. A big brand costs at least more than 100 yuan. A Panasonic costs 300 to 400 yuan. It is recommended to switch to a big brand. Well, otherwise it will break after a short period of use. The service attitude of the landlady is quite good, which is not easy, but I can only give 4 points, sorry.
