Hygiene: Cleaning aunt is serious and responsible
Environment: Daily travel depends on the 14th subway, Zhenxinxincun can go directly to Jing'an Temple, a conference site, Yu Garden. I basically can't find a shared bicycle when I come back to the subway station, and I have to walk back to the hotel for 10 minutes.
Service: The front desk brother service is particularly good.

Fantastic large room with everything you need. Sadly the room had the smell of smoke and people were smoking in public spaces. I'd recommend allocating smoking areas for people to smoke and give penalties for smoking in rooms and public places.
The staff are friendly and helpful to any question and would make me happy to return to this hotel.

The environment is okay, but it is too far from the subway station. It takes ten minutes to walk and the location is a bit remote. We stayed for four days, and a little Qiang died on the floor on the second night🪳. We went out early on the third day and came back very late at night. As a result, Xiaoqiang stayed in his place quietly because we are all girls. , tend to lose hair more. There are a few hairs on the wash basin. When I go out, there are still a few hairs when I come back. Our child said that the cleaning lady just spreads the quilt and takes out the garbage and doesn't care about anything else? In order to verify, our Xiaoqiang still didn’t clean it up, and went out early the next morning. When we came back at night, Xiaoqiang was still there. Oops, you can taste it for yourself.

The environment is good and very convenient. It is very close to Line 2 and Line 11. The travel time to most of the attractions can be controlled within 50 minutes. You can ride to Zhenru Huanyu City in about five minutes at night, and there will be small robots to help you order takeaways.
The equipment is not bad, it looks very new, the toilet seems to be a smart model, and the store will self-heat.
The only fly in the ointment may be sound insulation, and occasionally you can hear the sound of unknown sources when you sleep at night, but it is not obvious and does not hinder sleep.

I took my kids to Shanghai for 3 days during the Dragon Boat Festival. I chose many hotels and finally booked the All Seasons Changfeng Park Hotel. Although it is a little far from the subway station, it is easy to find, very quiet, and the price is very suitable. I booked a family room with a large bed and a small bed, which is just right for a family of 4. The front desk service is very warm and thoughtful, and the robot delivers things very quickly. I bought some cooked food a day in advance and needed to be refrigerated. The front desk directly stored it in the refrigerator, which is very convenient. I will stay at this hotel again when I come to Shanghai in the future.

👉room air-cond functioning well unfortunately on the last nite air-cond was not working & it was so stuffy that we didn’t sleep well though the doorman cum handle man provide us with 2 fans.

This is my second time staying here, and I think the room from last time was better laid out. The blind was broken, the shower door handle was broken, the floor tiles were creaking. I don’t think the staff speak English, so have a translator app ready.

GGuest UserI like staying in the hotel because friendly staff provides very good service. The rooms are new and clean, although you can’t expect nice view as the hotel is located in an ordinary suburb in pudong. As to the breakfast , you have so many choices , and most of the are delicious.
It is close to pudong airport , but if you want to take train , you need walk about 1.3 km to the nearest station.
I would expect the hotel providing better dinner or super , and I am happy to pay more for some full meals rather than noodles or wonton.

First of all, in the first few days of our stay, Miss Vicky, the director of the guest relations department, took the initiative to contact us, added her contact information, and asked us about our check-in time, any needs, etc.! And upgraded our room type for free! The service is very considerate!
After checking in on the day of check-in, he took the initiative to introduce us to the hotel and the room, and thoughtfully prepared welcome fruits, tea and desserts for us! Welcome sign, and luggage tag with our own names...
The room facilities are all very high-end! Very clean! The service is also very good! Good looking, warm and friendly, they made us feel like home!
Breakfast can be delivered to our room, it is delicious and unique!
The gym is very large, and there are dedicated staff to provide water, towels and cut fruits!
In addition, the afternoon tea is delicious! The view from the top terrace is beautiful!

The only things I found could've been improved or could be better with my stay we're that there was only one chair on my balcony, only one bathrobe and pair of slippers we're prepared s well. There was also a desert prepared in the room, but it was sour.

The service provided is very good. Essentials such as Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, toothbrush and toothpaste are provided. I booked a room with breakfast included, which was a great choice. The breakfast buffet has tons of options to choose from.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Srui Tong arranged found a room with a window for my stay. The room is very clean and quiet ; Two complimentary bottle water are provided.
I had a nice stay, will be back soon.

TTrippin’Great experience from check in to check out.. Breakfast buffet available. Great fitness, spa, and swimming pool area that all opens at 8a (late for a fitness area since we like early morning workouts). The from desk staff very organized and accommodating. Room service and other dining options throughout the day available. Perfect location to walk to the Jing’An area and even Kerry Centre. Easy pick up cabins for meituan. Will stay again if I make another appointment.

MMimiThe decoration smell is too strong. The air conditioner in the corridor is very cold when the air conditioner enters the room. It feels like staying in the refrigerator. The room heater is not turned on. I can only check out at night. I can't stay any longer. The smell is heavy and cold. Many places are not perfect. The restaurant is not open. Currently, there is only breakfast on the second floor. The renovation of the dinner buffet was a big failure. All the good-looking design points were deleted. But now the design company and decoration company have no level at all and can only be described as crude.
