The hotel provided convenient access, even when I arrived at Hongqiao Airport, So I came by subway. Since Century Avenue Station has access to 4 different subways, hotel guests can quickly reach many important areas of SH. 96 Plaza, which is located right in front of the hotel, serves various dining and business meeting locations.

Nice team, no excuses and very proactive. Great place to stay for business or vacation. Close to nice places and parks. No need for a car if you enjoy walking. Metro station line 6 is too close to the hotel. 50 minutes walking to SNIEC (Shanghai New International Expo Centre). Nice Chinese noodle restaurants 3 minutes walking. It's important to have aliplay to make things. Thanks for the amazing experience during these 8 nights. I hope to be back soon.

I really love this hotel. I and my friend stay 5 nights all the trip. Staff are very helpful, kindly and good service mind. Breakfast are so delicious. Staff send fruit in my room everyday. The room is enough for 3 person and clean. The hotel is near yuanshen station. It’s very comfortable for travel. If you looking for hotel in shanghai, This is the best choice.

The service was beyond my expectation! I arrived quite late since I came across province (from Hangzhou) and need to prepare myself in order to travel to South Korea and Japan on the next day. So I planned to wash my clothes and repack my luggage here. When I arrived here, they asked a lot of questions in case I need anything. They even have a free dumpling soup (เกี๊ยวน้ำ) during 10-11 PM. I prepared my noodles cups to eat here at first since I researched that not many restaurant surrounded, so they helped my cooked the cup noodles with their coffee machine (for boiled water) and I can had them with free dumpling soups. Felt good! Washing machines are downstairs, I couldn’t used it since I had no Chinese numbers, so the receptionist helped me too, and the laundry is free here, too. So I can see many people had the dumpling soup while waiting for their laundry. Full of people in the lobby during 10-11 PM. Never expected to see this. The room was nice too. Not big but enough space, with a great view of Shanghai. Comfortable room with enough ventilation. I hope I can come back staying here again one day!

The room is relatively large, the curtains are smart, the air conditioning is sufficient, and the surrounding is relatively quiet. The price-performance ratio is very high. There are breakfast and Shanghai dishes within a 10-minute walk. The price and quality are really good in Shanghai. We took the subway to Shanghai Wild Animal Park the night we checked into the hotel, and took the subway to North Bund the next day, and then went to the pier to take the cruise
