Because the bed in the originally booked room was faulty, the front desk upgraded me to a double bed without having to pay the difference. This was great luck. There is no breakfast in the hotel, but the reservation system shows that there is breakfast. There are many kinds of delicious food outside the hotel.

The room is clean and faces the viaduct, but there is not as much noise as expected. The window is well sealed. Xiao Du at the front desk is quite nice and enthusiastic. He even prepared earplugs for customers, but I really don't need them. There are not many hotels with this kind of cost-effectiveness near the inner ring of Shanghai. Recommended + thumbs up 👍!

Good choice. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the 12th subway station. The room is not big, but there are some. Is there a little less sanitary cleaning staff? Go out in the morning, go back to the room at noon, haven't you cleaned it yet, just don't want the waiter to clean it. The surrounding food is very convenient, the price is cheap, and the sun is very good.

Every time I come to Shanghai, I stay at Jinjiang Inn Style North Bund. It feels like home. It’s clean, tidy and quiet. The service staff are super nice. Their attitude is low-key and sincere. They are humble and approachable. The hot water is sufficient and the water pressure is high. It’s very convenient to take a shower. I stayed here before and after For three nights, it was very close to the subway. It is very convenient to walk from the subway to Nanjing Road on the Bund in Shanghai in 10 minutes. You can also go to the Yuyuan City God Temple. There is a community canteen nearby. It is big and clean. It serves a sumptuous breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is not expensive and is great. If you live in Shanghai, you should eat here. It’s a great stay here!

Another stay here. A simple, no frills hotel for a good price. I love the location with two plazas within walking distance and the metro station about a 6 minute walk. Very convenient for getting to anywhere in the city on Line 9. This is the first time I checked the television and was a bit sad that there was only one English channel. Though this was not a big deal for me as I was only in the room to sleep.
I like to book a room on the south side of the hotel as there is an open view looking over a school field. However, if you stay on a weekday, I am told the school has announcements early in the morning, so a room on the north side might be better for Sunday night to Thursday night.
Check in was fast again and I was in my room within about 5 minutes. While I was very comfortable in my room, I did notice that the walls were getting a bit worn. There was also something on the walls that looked like dust, but I hope it wasn't mold. It seems they might need to think about doing some simple renovations. The height adjustment for the shower was also broken so it wanted to fall. I should have mentioned this to the front desk but I forgot.
Overall, another nice stay but they may need to plan some simple renovations like painting the walls and checking the fixtures in the rooms.

👉room air-cond functioning well unfortunately on the last nite air-cond was not working & it was so stuffy that we didn’t sleep well though the doorman cum handle man provide us with 2 fans.

This is my second time staying here, and I think the room from last time was better laid out. The blind was broken, the shower door handle was broken, the floor tiles were creaking. I don’t think the staff speak English, so have a translator app ready.

GGuest UserI like staying in the hotel because friendly staff provides very good service. The rooms are new and clean, although you can’t expect nice view as the hotel is located in an ordinary suburb in pudong. As to the breakfast , you have so many choices , and most of the are delicious.
It is close to pudong airport , but if you want to take train , you need walk about 1.3 km to the nearest station.
I would expect the hotel providing better dinner or super , and I am happy to pay more for some full meals rather than noodles or wonton.

First of all, in the first few days of our stay, Miss Vicky, the director of the guest relations department, took the initiative to contact us, added her contact information, and asked us about our check-in time, any needs, etc.! And upgraded our room type for free! The service is very considerate!
After checking in on the day of check-in, he took the initiative to introduce us to the hotel and the room, and thoughtfully prepared welcome fruits, tea and desserts for us! Welcome sign, and luggage tag with our own names...
The room facilities are all very high-end! Very clean! The service is also very good! Good looking, warm and friendly, they made us feel like home!
Breakfast can be delivered to our room, it is delicious and unique!
The gym is very large, and there are dedicated staff to provide water, towels and cut fruits!
In addition, the afternoon tea is delicious! The view from the top terrace is beautiful!
Finally, considering our flight, they also provided us with a late check-out for free! They gave us valuable chocolates and candies before leaving! All in all, I am very satisfied with this experience. I will come to Shanghai again during the Qingming Festival and will continue to stay at Bulgari!

The only things I found could've been improved or could be better with my stay we're that there was only one chair on my balcony, only one bathrobe and pair of slippers we're prepared s well. There was also a desert prepared in the room, but it was sour.

The service provided is very good. Essentials such as Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, toothbrush and toothpaste are provided. I booked a room with breakfast included, which was a great choice. The breakfast buffet has tons of options to choose from.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Srui Tong arranged found a room with a window for my stay. The room is very clean and quiet ; Two complimentary bottle water are provided.
I had a nice stay, will be back soon.

TTrippin’Great experience from check in to check out.. Breakfast buffet available. Great fitness, spa, and swimming pool area that all opens at 8a (late for a fitness area since we like early morning workouts). The from desk staff very organized and accommodating. Room service and other dining options throughout the day available. Perfect location to walk to the Jing’An area and even Kerry Centre. Easy pick up cabins for meituan. Will stay again if I make another appointment.

MMimiThe decoration smell is too strong. The air conditioner in the corridor is very cold when the air conditioner enters the room. It feels like staying in the refrigerator. The room heater is not turned on. I can only check out at night. I can't stay any longer. The smell is heavy and cold. Many places are not perfect. The restaurant is not open. Currently, there is only breakfast on the second floor. The renovation of the dinner buffet was a big failure. All the good-looking design points were deleted. But now the design company and decoration company have no level at all and can only be described as crude.
