They had great customer service. Everything was so efficient. Everything was so thoughtful towards the customer and what will be needed. The location was great to go to the railway station. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the Hongqiao transportation hub, with a Japanese-style environment, which is quite healing. The hotel service is also very enthusiastic, but the hotel is not soundproof and odor-proof. The conversation outside the door and the honking of passing cars are clearly heard until midnight, which really affects sleep (scratching ears and cheeks) The most concerning thing is the smell of smoke in the room. I couldn't tell where it came from after searching for a long time, or whether it was because the previous tenant smoked and checked out and didn't deal with it. The breakfast corner is relatively simple, there is no noodles or wontons, the water cups are disposable paper cups, and there is only white porridge. There are relatively few choices. It can be seen that it is a perfunctory breakfast. It is a bit risky for light sleepers and those who are sensitive to odors. If you smoke and don't mind the smell of smoke, and you can choose a quiet room, don't worry! It is said that the room is full during the exhibition, and you should be able to upgrade the room if you avoid the exhibition.

Only 5 mins away from the Airport, very convenient. The staff is very friendly and nice. the air conditioning looks a little bit dated (no temperature control). The breakfast selection is a bit limited. Still, the bed and the room is very comfortable in general, and I have a good sleep.

When I returned to Shandong Province from Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station, the train was fully booked and I couldn't get a seat. I tried to return by late night flight or look for a first class Shinkansen, but I didn't have a ticket, so I couldn't enter the station and I thought it would be impossible to spend 7-8 hours outside the station. I didn't want to stay in a capsule hotel, so I looked for a cheap hotel near Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station that allowed foreigners. In China, even if a hotel is cheap, many places do not allow foreigners to stay, so I searched on Ttirp and found this hotel, thinking that there are many hotels that allow foreigners to stay. I used Didi to get there, but there was no hotel where I arrived. When I asked the driver where it was, he said this was the designated place, and I looked nearby but couldn't find it. I searched for it on the location search and found that it was at the back of a building. I was worried because it was an old hotel like the entrance to a small apartment building, but inside, there was a double bed and the shower and toilet were normal and comfortable. I would like to use this hotel again if I have the opportunity.

The hotel is great. Very close to shanghai hongqiao railway station and the airport. Had to change a room because of a damp smell, but the second room was good. Breakfast is also great. Would recommend.

The hotel staff were all remarkable people. There was a commendable front desk staff whom has been of great help throughout her stay, giving much attention and care. This hotel staff is none other than Xiao Sun, 小孙。 4. The morning breakfast has a wide spread, mainly asian and western cuisine. The food selection were all different throughout her 5 days of stay here. That really creates the appetite. The wide variety of foods were super and delicious. Compliments to the Cooks and the Chefs. 5. Staying in this hotel has been overall pleasant, relaxing and care free. FM Blelsure Hotel (Shanghai Hongqiao Airport National Convention and Exhibition Center) is highly recommended to everyone.

This hotel is still one of my favorites. Location is good when I travel to Hongqiao for work. When I was there, the air-conditioning was not turned on (as to weather in Shanghai not being 'hot' yet). This bothers me about most hotels in Shanghai... But it would still be nice if I could make my room cold. I love the beds at this hotel. They fit me. The pillows are great. I would not go out of my way to stay here. But if I am close I will definitely stay here. I've stayed at other hotels in the area and this is the best*! *You are in the flight path of Hongqiao airport so planes pass overhead. I don't mind and love plane spotting, but if you are a light sleeper you may struggle.

It's hygienic and clean. The sheets, quilt covers, pillowcases, towels, and toiletries are all new. You can use them with confidence. The transportation is convenient. It's close to the No. 2 subway station. You can take the No. 2 subway to go to the Bund to see the night view. If you want to eat, you can order takeout very quickly. It can be delivered, and it's cheap. It costs more than 80 yuan and is more than enough for a family of 5. It's a pleasant stay.

Room and bathroom are clean. Receptionists are really helpful, they do not speak English well but they use google translate. Hotel is close to shopping center around 15 minutes.

Hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. The hotel was located a bit far from the main attractions etc. However one can make use of public transport. There’s a busy station right outside the hotel.
