Shuttle from PVG every half an hour was great. Would suggest that the hotel offer WeChat chatting as a method to book instead of requiring travelers to call in advance because many international travelers cannot get a Chinese phone number at the airport and don't speak fluent Chinese to be able to communicate with the driver. Would also suggest breakfast to be extended, as ending at 9:30am is too early. Rooms are clean but need better wall maintenance, and the gardens around the building are nicely maintained.

staff not speaking english so bit hard to arrange for shuttle from and to airport. we were lucky coz we met american english speaking chineses who had kindly assisted us with the communication. no lift, so heavy luggage can park downstairs if just one nite transit like us. planned to see shanghai skyscrapers but hotel was no where near public transports. so we cancelled plan. not enough toilet paper provided when wanna ask for more, staff was not at the reception. no water dispenser, so use water from toilet sink for drinking. towels & bed sheet have holes but still clean. not enough hook or hanger to hang clothes. take note- no closet. tv no english free channels. bed was nice. quite room. overall, not coming back coz of the location & language. willing to fork extra money for hotels near subway coz airport has subway

While the location is very convenient, I found that the overall experience was just average. The cleanliness of the hotel could use some improvement, as I noticed some areas that were not as clean as expected. The service was also just so-so; it met basic needs but did not exceed expectations. Additionally, the facilities offered were adequate but could benefit from some upgrades. Overall, the stay was okay, but there's definitely room for improvement.

The room should be newly renovated, but the workmanship is rough. Windows are dirty. No refrigerator and safe box. The best part is the bed and blanket, very comfortable. Bathroom is different from what you see on the website, very small and dark, I showed the bathroom picture from the website to front desk and she said there is no bathroom looks like that in the hotel. Where did that picture come from???
No AC in the hallway, it’s super hot in the hallway in summer while you walking to your room. No AC in the room when you go out and remove the room key from the slot. Breakfast is good and the service is good.
房间应该是新装修的，但是做工粗糙，窗户玻璃也很脏。没有冰箱和保险箱。最满意的就是床和被子，很舒服。洗手间和网上照片不符。洗手间狭小且昏暗，无法化妆。问了前台说整个酒店就没有照片中的洗手间。？？？
酒店走廊没有空调，夏天走廊里和室外一样热。每次外出回来房间里也和外面一样热，因为房卡拿走就断电，空调就不工作了。早餐还可以。服务态度也不错。

This is a very comfortable, actually luxurious and super clean hotel. The hotel offers laundry and ironing service, which is great for those finishing up a trip after weeks on the road or business people arriving to go to meetings. The breakfast was very generous, with both Chinese and some Western foods. It was quiet and peaceful, and the staff were very helpful (some English is spoken but Google translate also works well for precise communication). It was a great place to stay right before traveling to Pudong airport, as there is a free shuttle. There was also a nice park with pond and trails/walks just five minutes away, and lots of places to eat, including a good noodle place with freshly cut noodles, costing 12 yuan for a big bowl of beef noodles.

Location was the main reason i booked this hotel, it’s 15min away from the airport, very convenient plus they offer shuttle bus. Cleanliness in the room and in hotel in general could be better. I stayed there just for one night so for me it was acceptable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Licheng Courtyard is definitely a paradise in the bustling city of Shanghai!
It was accidental. I found a hotel close to Pudong Airport because I had to catch the earliest flight the next day (7:45). I didn't expect that I would have such a good fate and gain so much! The price is not expensive. Compared with five stars, I would rather rate it ten stars. I took more than 60 photos and videos, and I really can't put them down. Culture and beauty are everywhere!
Whether it is the garden design, architecture, vegetation, flowers, birds, fish and insects of pavilions and terraces, or even small tea cups, they are all ingenious [strong][strong][strong] The boss is a scholar with a very rich cultural heritage.
According to the introduction, the total area is 1,200 acres, with off-road vehicle venues, fishing gardens, and one of Mr. Hu Shi's former residences. The Qingming Riverside Scene, the Great Wall, root carvings, the meticulous carvings of corridors and pavilions, and the carved screens of the four gentlemen of plum, orchid, bamboo and chrysanthemum... It's so shocking! There are only 64 rooms on the second floor.
The room was clean and tidy, with a sense of Zen. Earplugs (actually no noise at all), fruit, coffee were provided. I didn't have time to eat breakfast, so I was given milk cake. The hardware facilities are very high👍
It's a pity that I am a passer-by. I will come again in the future.
In the Wizard of Oz, I will taste tea, meditate, and cultivate my mind.

I stayed for two days to visit Disneyland, but I thought I was visiting a villa. The facilities and surroundings are really pretty.
It's perfect for taking kids.
It's cleaner and prettier than the pictures, and the room is spacious, and the back terrace is so pretty and charming.
I could see Disneyland's fireworks from afar, and they provided a car, so I could conveniently get picked up at the airport and Disneyland.
The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the expensive meals I ate at Disneyland were all tasteless, so I left them and asked for dinner after 10 o'clock, and they readily prepared it for me, so I was really grateful.
They prepared water for the number of family members every day, and they cleaned all the towels and toothbrushes for me, and they provided a shoe rack and slippers at the entrance, which was convenient. The night-flavored mooncakes that came out for breakfast on the last day of check-out were delicious, so I asked if I could buy them, and they just gave them to me as a service.
There was a washing machine and dryer, and there was a separate place to hang laundry, so it was convenient, and all the bedding in the accommodation was clean and the mattresses were comfortable. I could tell they put a lot of thought into the interior, and there were many convenient lights, which was nice.
There are also packages that include Disneyland and accommodations, so I would definitely stay here again next time I go to Shanghai.
I travel to China often, and this is the prettiest accommodation I've ever stayed at.
I was really grateful to the friendly staff.

This is my second time staying here, and I think the room from last time was better laid out. The blind was broken, the shower door handle was broken, the floor tiles were creaking. I don’t think the staff speak English, so have a translator app ready.

GGuest UserI like staying in the hotel because friendly staff provides very good service. The rooms are new and clean, although you can’t expect nice view as the hotel is located in an ordinary suburb in pudong. As to the breakfast , you have so many choices , and most of the are delicious.
It is close to pudong airport , but if you want to take train , you need walk about 1.3 km to the nearest station.
I would expect the hotel providing better dinner or super , and I am happy to pay more for some full meals rather than noodles or wonton.

First of all, in the first few days of our stay, Miss Vicky, the director of the guest relations department, took the initiative to contact us, added her contact information, and asked us about our check-in time, any needs, etc.! And upgraded our room type for free! The service is very considerate!
After checking in on the day of check-in, he took the initiative to introduce us to the hotel and the room, and thoughtfully prepared welcome fruits, tea and desserts for us! Welcome sign, and luggage tag with our own names...
The room facilities are all very high-end! Very clean! The service is also very good! Good looking, warm and friendly, they made us feel like home!
Breakfast can be delivered to our room, it is delicious and unique!
The gym is very large, and there are dedicated staff to provide water, towels and cut fruits!
In addition, the afternoon tea is delicious! The view from the top terrace is beautiful!
Finally, considering our flight, they also provided us with a late check-out for free! They gave us valuable chocolates and candies before leaving! All in all, I am very satisfied with this experience. I will come to Shanghai again during the Qingming Festival and will continue to stay at Bulgari!

The only things I found could've been improved or could be better with my stay we're that there was only one chair on my balcony, only one bathrobe and pair of slippers we're prepared s well. There was also a desert prepared in the room, but it was sour.

The service provided is very good. Essentials such as Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, toothbrush and toothpaste are provided. I booked a room with breakfast included, which was a great choice. The breakfast buffet has tons of options to choose from.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Srui Tong arranged found a room with a window for my stay. The room is very clean and quiet ; Two complimentary bottle water are provided.
I had a nice stay, will be back soon.

TTrippin’Great experience from check in to check out.. Breakfast buffet available. Great fitness, spa, and swimming pool area that all opens at 8a (late for a fitness area since we like early morning workouts). The from desk staff very organized and accommodating. Room service and other dining options throughout the day available. Perfect location to walk to the Jing’An area and even Kerry Centre. Easy pick up cabins for meituan. Will stay again if I make another appointment.
