My first review on trip.com and in fact my first booking with them too. Anyway, would highly recommend this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. Amazed by the robot delivery services at any time of the day. Laundry is free too. You just need to put the clothes in the washing machine and the hotel staff will transfer it to the dryer for you when done and you can collect your clothes the next morning. Really useful esp for families. However, there is no baby bathtub available so we ordered our own via delivery. Location of hotel was central too. Subway station entrance is just diagonally across and it’s a 10-15 mins drive to the bund. Thumbs up for the service staff too. There is free supper from 9pm to 11pm.

I forgot to take a photo of the room. It is the same as in the picture. I booked a sunny king-size bed room. The room is clean and tidy. Although it is not very big, it is very warm. There is also an old-fashioned dial-up phone. The child feels very fresh. The room is also equipped with snacks. There are drinks and Wahaha in the refrigerator. Their breakfast is really good. There are all kinds of Chinese and Western styles. There are also midnight snacks, freshly cooked noodles and wontons. The child ate it once. She usually doesn't like wontons, but she ate a bowl. It's very good. Another thing worth praising is that there is a washing machine and dryer, which is really good for Shanghai, which loves rain. All their service staff are very good. They answer all questions and have a good attitude. In short, this stay experience is really good. It is not far from Fudan University.
