前台不錯；房間衞生方面感覺沒啥毛病；淋浴我沒用不做評價；洗手枱出熱水很快；我個人不習慣睡酒店軟床所以床舒適度不評價，但是確實是挺大的床；衣櫃裏有兩個衣架然後牆上有一排掛鈎，我沒有掛衣服的需求所以不知道衣架可不可以再要一些；我那個房間的窗户不嚴，會有漏風；這個酒店位置離地鐵站挺近（地上軌道而非地下），所以在地鐵運行期間會有車聲，如果有早睡需求且睡眠不太好的話斟酌一下（當然主要因為我訂的房間帶窗且窗不嚴實會有影響）

It’s my first time staying in this hotel. It’s good. I had parking and meals. I was also given a free upgrade to a suite. Ms. Wei’s service is very comfortable. I look forward to my next trip. Overall, the service and hygiene are OK☺️☺️

The breakfast room has a good environment. Very pleasant experience. The hotel's soft furnishings are stylish and petite, and the room supplies, from towels, bath towels, coffee cups, and bed sheets and pillows, are of high quality and taste. I mistakenly thought that I had booked a room with breakfast included. In fact, it only had coffee. But the front desk gave us two free buffet breakfasts. A simple breakfast with both Chinese and Western food is very suitable and affordable for a room price of more than 200 yuan. If you have any questions, you can call the front desk and get a quick reply. Before leaving, due to the typhoon, the hotel staff (maybe the manager) was very considerate and personally called the driver to instruct the driver to pick us up at the underground parking lot inside the hotel. Not a drop of rain. Thank you very much. I will stay here again next time. I have also recommended it to several friends. By the way, relatives can park for free for 2 hours when they come to visit us. The front desk will help you scan the code on your phone for free parking.

Karen Hu, the lobby manager, deserves praise for her good service. (Standing person in the second photo) My wife accidentally fell down in Room 737 at 6:30 and her head was bleeding. She immediately took the medical kit to the room to clean the wound, and then asked a car to accompany us to the emergency department of the nearby Jiading District Central Hospital. We are from Taiwan, and we don’t understand many medical procedures such as seeing a doctor, doing CT, tetanus, applying medicine, etc. Fortunately, with her guidance and comfort, and packing a two-cent breakfast, we were able to catch the 11:25 flight smoothly according to the original itinerary. Flight from Shanghai to Beijing Daxing. I am a Marriott brand member and like the Sheraton Hotel. I sincerely thank Ms. Manager Hu. I will definitely stay at this brand new hotel in the future because it is quiet, hygienic, has exquisite breakfast, fast service, and has strong living functions nearby.

This is my second time staying here, and I think the room from last time was better laid out. The blind was broken, the shower door handle was broken, the floor tiles were creaking. I don’t think the staff speak English, so have a translator app ready.

GGuest UserI like staying in the hotel because friendly staff provides very good service. The rooms are new and clean, although you can’t expect nice view as the hotel is located in an ordinary suburb in pudong. As to the breakfast , you have so many choices , and most of the are delicious.
It is close to pudong airport , but if you want to take train , you need walk about 1.3 km to the nearest station.
I would expect the hotel providing better dinner or super , and I am happy to pay more for some full meals rather than noodles or wonton.

First of all, in the first few days of our stay, Miss Vicky, the director of the guest relations department, took the initiative to contact us, added her contact information, and asked us about our check-in time, any needs, etc.! And upgraded our room type for free! The service is very considerate!
After checking in on the day of check-in, he took the initiative to introduce us to the hotel and the room, and thoughtfully prepared welcome fruits, tea and desserts for us! Welcome sign, and luggage tag with our own names...
The room facilities are all very high-end! Very clean! The service is also very good! Good looking, warm and friendly, they made us feel like home!
Breakfast can be delivered to our room, it is delicious and unique!
The gym is very large, and there are dedicated staff to provide water, towels and cut fruits!

The only things I found could've been improved or could be better with my stay we're that there was only one chair on my balcony, only one bathrobe and pair of slippers we're prepared s well. There was also a desert prepared in the room, but it was sour.

The service provided is very good. Essentials such as Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, toothbrush and toothpaste are provided. I booked a room with breakfast included, which was a great choice. The breakfast buffet has tons of options to choose from.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Srui Tong arranged found a room with a window for my stay. The room is very clean and quiet ; Two complimentary bottle water are provided.

Great fitness, spa, and swimming pool area that all opens at 8a (late for a fitness area since we like early morning workouts). The from desk staff very organized and accommodating. MMimiThe decoration smell is too strong. The air conditioner in the corridor is very cold when the air conditioner enters the room. It feels like staying in the refrigerator. The room heater is not turned on. I can only check out at night. I can't stay any longer. The smell is heavy and cold. Many places are not perfect. The restaurant is not open. Currently, there is only breakfast on the second floor. The renovation of the dinner buffet was a big failure. All the good-looking design points were deleted. But now the design company and decoration company have no level at all and can only be described as crude.
