Location of the hotel is great. Bed is comfortable and soft. Booked the room with shared bathroom, I didn’t expect the whole floor only have 1 bathroom to use. So imagine if all the rooms are booked, how long you will have to wait for the bathroom as the toilet and shower is together. The room i got, I think the previous person smoked inside the room although it stated non smoking floor. So first night the room smelled cigarette heavily. Second night was a bit better maybe after the cleaning lady come clean the room. Short 2 nights stay is okay.

The room is average; the corridor smells a bit strong. But the service attitude is good, helping to find lost items. The location is nine minutes walk from the subway, a bit far. There are few places to eat nearby, but there is Jiangpu Park next to it, you can go in and wash your lungs

A cost-effective room with a good environment and complete facilities. The community outside the window is relatively quiet. It is very close to the subway station and has convenient transportation. The scenery on the North Bund is great and there are not many people.

My double room facing the inner courtyard was very clean, and looking out the window was very healing. What needs to be said is that the service provided by the staff at the Xindian Hotel is quite good, but I feel that some of the staff at the front desk are not in such good shape at work, including their makeup, mental outlook, and clothing. Normally, one or two staff at the front desk are enough. The four people seemed a bit crowded, which gave the impression of inefficiency. We also communicated at the time that it might be that the new business had not been taken into account. In addition, the time-consuming registration in the public security system was not the fault of the employees. Overall I'm very satisfied and hope you get better and better.

The room is clean, well-equipped, the service is friendly, and a suitable room was changed. The surrounding transportation is convenient, with buses and subways, and a snack street downstairs for dining.

Although the hotel is relatively old and there is no charging socket next to the bed, the hygiene is good, clean and refreshing. The room is quite large, and milk and biscuits are provided in the evening. The only drawback is that there is no tissue box on the second floor. It is recommended to prepare an extra one. The dinner purchased by the hotel group is delicious and cost-effective. The buffet breakfast is also good, highly recommended.

In terms of transportation, it is about three minutes away from the nearest subway station. It is very convenient to go straight down the avenue. Compared with many hotels closer to the city center, the same price is the best environmental facilities and sanitary conditions. The traffic is convenient enough. Basically, the city's attractions can be reached within 45 minutes. It is a very good choice for traveling alone.

Italian couple traveling to Shanghai for tourism, perfect stay, friendly and helpful staff, very tasty breakfast and high quality of confront and cleaness. Highly recommended to visit the city, the metro 14 is right outside the hotel.

Another stay here. A simple, no frills hotel for a good price. I love the location with two plazas within walking distance and the metro station about a 6 minute walk. Very convenient for getting to anywhere in the city on Line 9. This is the first time I checked the television and was a bit sad that there was only one English channel. Though this was not a big deal for me as I was only in the room to sleep. I like to book a room on the south side of the hotel as there is an open view looking over a school field. However, if you stay on a weekday, I am told the school has announcements early in the morning, so a room on the north side might be better for Sunday night to Thursday night. Check in was fast again and I was in my room within about 5 minutes. While I was very comfortable in my room, I did notice that the walls were getting a bit worn. There was also something on the walls that looked like dust, but I hope it wasn't mold. It seems they might need to think about doing some simple renovations. The height adjustment for the shower was also broken so it wanted to fall. I should have mentioned this to the front desk but I forgot. Overall, another nice stay but they may need to plan some simple renovations like painting the walls and checking the fixtures in the rooms.
