We recently stayed at Venus International Hotel near Shanghai Pudong Airport Wild Animal Park and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally courteous and accommodating, even utilizing translators to ensure seamless communication. Despite our late check-in, they were ready to assist us promptly.The room exceeded our expectations, offering ample space with a comfortable king bed and an additional double bed, ideal for accommodating our family of four. The cleanliness and tidiness of the room were commendable, and the thoughtful gesture of providing a packet of fruits added a nice touch to our stay. The presence of multiple windows allowed for excellent ventilation, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere.Security was never a concern, providing peace of mind for families. Furthermore, the early breakfast service starting at 6 am was convenient, allowing us to fuel up before our visit to the Shanghai Wild Animal Park at 9 am. The hotel's proximity to the park, just a 10-minute drive away, was incredibly convenient, situated on the main road.Overall, our stay at Venus International Hotel was delightful, offering comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. I highly recommend it to families planning a visit to the Shanghai Wild Animal Park.

Really good reviews. Friends from other places can directly choose this hotel. We are traveling from Huizhou. This is the last three days of our trip to Shanghai. We stayed at the Bund before. Considering that we are going to Disney, we stayed here for two nights. I originally booked a homestay, which is not cheap at 390 a night. The homestay experience is so bad that I don’t want to say it. I was so angry that I stayed for one night and found this hotel early the next day. The price was actually similar. I was really angry about the poor homestay and why I chose a homestay. However, the experience of this hotel is really good. For example, I contacted the hotel at more than 7 o'clock in the morning because I was going to Disney that day. The time was very tight, but the hotel handled it very well. The hotel has both Disney pick-up and airport pick-up! ! Then! ! There is breakfast! ! It was already 10:30 pm when I came back from Disney, and there was supper when I returned to the hotel! ! It's all free. We don't say that it's free as if we are taking advantage of it to give a good review. The key point is that the front desk service is good, there is pick-up, there is breakfast and supper, and the room is clean and big. Anyway, I gave this good review. . The experience in Shanghai is very good. I stayed in two hotels and both were very good. Except for the B&B, I will never stay in a B&B again.

The hotel is very nice and clean. It provides a good spread of food for buffet but mostly catering to Chinese guests. The western food options for breakfast and dinner are limited. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is only good if you are visiting The ocean park, disney or the planetarium or need to stay close to the airport. If you are not interested in any of those attractions its not the best location to choose because there is literally nothing else to do in the area as a tourist. It is also very far from the city center. I wouldn't recommend the location if you want to explore, only for visiting those specific attractions. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel.

Service: I made an appointment with my friends to visit Disneyland. We landed at Pudong Airport in the early morning on the first day. The boss was very good. He came to pick us up in the middle of the night (the pick-up service is paid, but cheaper than online taxis!). He contacted us in advance to tell us the exact location. When we arrived at the parking lot, he told the boss where we were. He came super fast and got on the car right away. 😂 The next day, because we bought breakfast, we had to go out again at 6:30. The boss had two cars. One of them had just gone out to send off the previous group of guests. He was supposed to wait for us to come back before picking us up. But the boss was afraid that we would not be able to make it, so he asked the boss's wife to drive another car to send us. The journey was about 8 minutes. By the way, the egg pancakes made by the boss's wife were really delicious. 🤤 After a day of fun, the boss continued to contact us to pick us up and told us where to take the bus first. After getting off the bus for two stops, the boss's car was waiting at the station. It was very smooth! On the third day, because we were too tired from playing in Disneyland the day before, we didn't get up to eat breakfast in the morning. When we checked out at noon, the boss's wife was afraid that we would be hungry on the way, so she made some food for us to fill our stomachs. Then the boss sent us to the subway station, and we could go directly to the city center! 🤓 Environment: The B&Bs around Disney are actually small buildings. Among the small buildings, Yunzhi is very conspicuous and easy to find. The indoor environment can be seen in the pictures, without filters or PS. The room is very clean and has everything it should have. The boss will also send the instructions for using the facilities in the room in advance (such as the smart toilet Wi-Fi password, etc.), full-length mirror, makeup mirror, etc. These are very suitable for girls to live in. I was still chatting with my friends on the way home. The mattress of the B&B is not too soft or too hard, just right for sleeping. The two pillows can also be used according to their height requirements. Later, I specifically told the boss that some countertop storage space can be added in the room. The boss can refer to it~😜 I am a person who pays great attention to the aspect of ”living” when traveling. I am also quite picky. When staying in a B&B, mutual communication and mutual understanding between the store and the guests are very important. Yunzhi gives me a really good feeling. The room environment was very clean. My family was very satisfied with the environment. They also had the egg pancakes made by the aunt that everyone mentioned. Before departure, I searched for many B&Bs and hotels. I am glad to choose Jiujie FAMILY Light Luxury B&B. The interior decoration is warm and romantic. I like the light green background wall. The indoor light is bright. The west window overlooks the courtyard. The outdoor yard is large, the lawn is open, and there are children's favorites - sand pits, swings and trampolines. The enthusiastic boss also took us to visit the room with a small courtyard on the first floor, Chan Gong Zhe Gui, and Yun Shang Zhu Dian upstairs. It was very good. I hope I have the opportunity to stay for one night next time! The next day, sitting in the courtyard, enjoying the warm sunshine and drinking a cup of hot tea, it felt wonderful!

New hotel! Very clean, looks amazing. Definitely worth staying especially during the long transit! Very welcoming and friendly staff. The hotel located close to the airport, very convenient. I was picked up from the airport and dropped off at the terminal. It was a bit difficult to book the shuttle bus service because I don’t have WeChat. I had to ask the information desk at the airport to help me and call the hotel. I would really appreciate if the hotel organises more convenient way of communication for foreign visitors.
