Throughout my stay, I found the staff at the Fitness Center Reception to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. The cleanliness and maintenance of the fitness facilities were also commendable, creating a pleasant and hygienic environment for guests to exercise. Similarly, the Pool department exceeded my expectations in terms of service and facilities. The pool area was well-maintained, and the water was clean and inviting. The pool attendants were friendly, ensuring the availability of towels, providing assistance when needed, and ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the entire team at the Fitness Center and Pool departments for their exceptional service. We stayed for 7 days and overall great. Location is quite good with 2 convenient stores few steps away. Nearby there is a mall with a great selection of food. We got a 2 bedrooms unit with bedrooms on the upper deck. Equipped with a small kitchen, living room and bathroom on the lower deck. Rooms are clean and cosy, bed is comfortable and bathroom is without windows but the ventilation works well. Thank you so much to the staff Wendy and Tim, they were really helpful and gave great information on tourist sights. They went out of their job scope to help me courier items to my friends in other parts of China as I do not have a local contact number. Would definitely stay in the base if I visit China. 👍🏻

Nice hotel. The room was big enough and clean, and the room service was efficient. Breakfast was also plentiful enough. The location is very convenient, as there are three lines close to the hotel. In front of it there is also a mall, in case you want to buy food or other things. Recommended.

The hotels under Huazhu Club have done very well in the past two years. I deliberately chose a hotel that was newly opened this year. It has a good location and is not far from anywhere in Shanghai. The facilities and sanitary environment of the newly opened hotel are excellent, the rooms are also very spacious, and the accommodation experience is very good. Parking at the hotel is very convenient. There are parking spaces above and below ground. The lady at the front desk is gentle and cute. The accommodation prices are also very reasonable! Intercity hotels are worth choosing!

the hotel is new and staff are friendly. one of the perks is check out time. but it is no way a 5 star hotel. the room is relatively compact. the most weird and annoying thing is it doesnt have its own gym and swimming pool. it contracted with a 3rd party operator in the building. guests are required to request a day in advance to use both. i almost think that is how they claim to b a 5 star hotel.

Service are really great ! Staff very friendly and so helpful. Really appreciate it. Room is new and very clean with good auto control system. Love the shower hot water ! Location is good just opposite the stadium with 3-5mis walking distance. Food & shopping just around the area. Highly recommended! My choice of hotel. It makes me really happy to stay here.

The accommodation experience at Vienna Hotel at the intersection of Hongxin Road and Caobao Road is quite good! In particular, the hotel can park, there are plenty of parking spaces, and there is a tram charging service, which is really considerate for families traveling with children. Although the decoration style is a bit old, I heard that there is a plan for upgrading and renovation. If you come back to experience it next year, it should have a brand new feeling. Moreover, the location of the hotel is also very good. There are many tourist attractions around, such as Jinjiang Amusement Park, Qibao Old Street and Shanghai Zoo, which are very suitable for taking children to play. It is also very convenient to go to the Bund and Nanjing Road. It only takes about 40 minutes to take a taxi, which is very convenient. In general, this choice is really wise! I can spend a happy holiday with my children!

Hotel has an excellent location, next to two parks and many services close by. It was less than 1km to nearby metro stations. Staff were very friendly and tried to impress guests; e.g., Honey sent us lots information about hotel services. Breakfast is Chinese style with some western touch. There is still room to improve.

We stayed 12 nights at the hotel during our recent trip to Shanghai. We are very happy with the hotel location and will definitely return for our next trip. The staff is very friendly, from concierge to the room cleaning staff. They are courteous and always very helpful, especially Carl Yu who helped us with our luggage on our last day. We highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back again.
