超預期的滿意，娃一直心心念念上海野生動物園，無奈太遠需要住一晚，這家橘子太合適了！離開地鐵站很近，而且打車去野生動物園也衹要10多分鐘，驚喜的是，酒店有接送班車，太貼心！可能我們是親子游，從前台到打掃阿姨都很親和，還有幸見到了老闆娘，給我們升級了房間，空間很大，乾乾淨淨，充滿陽光，絕對對得起這個價格了！建議大家可以三天兩晚，這樣有送有接，一點不累！早飯也挺合適，樓下還有免費停車位，記得問前台要停車券！一切都挺滿意的，下次推薦朋友來～

Huinan Tingchao Road Branch, I go there almost every week. It is very close to Huinan Metro Station and the Wildlife Park. The front desk has a warm and friendly service attitude, the room is clean, and the surrounding environment is also good. There is a food shopping supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. It is also close to Huinan Pedestrian Street. The stay experience is not bad. It is very close to the Wildlife Park and it only costs more than ten yuan to take a taxi.

The room is big, the facilities are very new, it's a good experience, the children like to stay here, it's close to Disneyland and the Safari Park, the transportation is convenient, there is free supper at night, the beautiful lady at the front desk also gave me a bag of snacks, very warm

This hotel is very close to the zoo, about 600 meters away. There is a KFC downstairs in the hotel, and a stir-fry restaurant, which is reasonably priced and delicious. There are plenty of parking spaces in the parking lot below, and you can charge your phone. The hotel is especially suitable for bringing babies to play, and it is parent-child friendly. I must say that the service attitude is really great. Any needs can be responded to. A baby bathtub is provided, and I also helped me freeze and thaw breast milk. I especially want to thank Xiao Cheng at the front desk, who is smart, has a good service attitude, and is very considerate. This kind of home-like service attitude deserves five stars. The room is very clean, just like the picture, but unfortunately I forgot to take a photo. The toilet and shower are separated, which is very practical. There is a smart toilet, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the head is a little soft. The breakfast can be said to be the highest standard among the hotels of the same price I have stayed in. There are both Chinese and Western food, and the dishes are changing every day. The elderly at home pay great attention to breakfast, which is very satisfying. There is also a children's playground in the restaurant, and there are small animal seats in the lobby, where the baby has a lot of fun. Nice hotel, but a little out of the way, as the nearest metro station is a good 15 minute taxi ride away, so getting to the hotel from any of the Shanghai airports or stations is a bit of a hassle. There is a shopping mall and wide selection of Chinese and western restaurants all within 800m of the hotel, so you would not have any trouble finding anything you want. The hotel is relatively modern, with very large screen TV's in the rooms, which provide a connected experience, although all the instructions are only in Chinese, which makes it a bit challenging. The bathroom and shower were great, and the toilet even had a heated seat! I used the self service laundry facilities (washing machines and dryers) at the hotel, which were excellent, clean and modern, and the hotel provides the washing detergent. Breakfast mainly catered Chinese food options, but they did offer a selection of fruit juices, toast, jams, croissants and breakfast cereal, which was sufficient for me. Generally the hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, taking the time to translate anything on their phones if required, but my stay was ruined by the woman at in charge of breakfast on my first day - I asked her politely for a knife to spread the butter and jam on my toast, and also for spoon, to eat my cereal with milk, but she abruptly shouted NO at me, and when I tried to explain what I needed and why a second time, she again just shouted NO at me, and gave me a fork then walked off! - This woman either needs to find a new job or receive some intensive training in customer service, as she was unnecessarily extremely rude - It was her behaviour that my stay at this hotel will be remember for, and nothing else - HORRIBLE!

The stuff isn’t good at English but we exchange and communicate in WeChat instead so it’s ok . There shuttle bus is so comfortable. They pick us from subway and Disney land. The breakfast was ok, I like there noodles. The location is near the mall so we can easily went to family mart. I really recommend for everyone it’s really worth the price.

After looking around the surrounding shops, I chose Jinjiang Pinshang. I didn't know what was on the floor of the room I was assigned on the 3rd floor. My shoes stuck to my soles when I walked. There were stains all over the aisle beside the bed. After reporting it to the front desk, I found a room on the 6th floor. However, the bathroom smelled bad. I thought I would just stay there for one night and talk about it the next day. The front desk found another room on the 5th floor. It looked okay overall. I moved to the 5th floor. The front desk service was okay. If there was any problem, it would be dealt with quickly. It may have been renovated in 2016. The room looked old overall. The hardware facilities were all aging. The lighting was dim. Many of the showerhead water holes were blocked. The air conditioning was okay for heating. The mattress was okay and not dented. The order came with a breakfast, but the front desk didn't seem to see it. It was not given until I asked for it in the morning.

The house price is very reasonable. I stayed in Huinan for two nights. In addition to visiting the Shanghai Museum Dongguan, I also went to the Pudong History Museum, which is 1 km away from the subway entrance. The experience of visiting the Pudong History Museum was not bad. It was not as crowded as the Shanghai Museum.
