What can I say....this is a very old motel in a good location.
I don't recommend it. I don't mind that it's an old building. But you have no excuse with everything else. I already got scared when they were using a toilet roll duck taped to the counter as a pen holder. Maybe put it somewhere that it's not the first thing that guests see? But I guess it's a warning prelude....
The furniture was old, it was dusty, the bathroom sink was so high I could barely reach it, or brush my teeth, no soap. Just a bad experience. It doesn't matter that the hotel is old, you can still paint the broken bathroom door, and replace a few things.
Of course you will reply that you are remodeling, but I am staying at the motel as it is right now....
