Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Shanghai Pudong Airport

Really great service from front desk. We had our last international flight being cancelled due to weather event. A huge thanks to front desk assistant lady Xian Zuo (左仙） she was absolutely helped us out for all inquiries. Managers should be pat her on the back for doing such a great job.

Travelling with a pet is not easy by a long shot. There any many, MANY difficulties. Thankfully, one of the easiest and least stressful parts of this journey was this hotel. Incredibly accommodating for pets, with very clear guidance and rules, alongside wonderful staff who are super helpful and understanding (big big shout out to Eagle and Shane for their help!). The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for me and my cat, Whiskey. The location is great for easily getting into the airport with a great shuttle bus service included. Would happily stay here again and recommend any pet owners travelling through Shanghai Pudong Airport to stay here! Big thanks again to Eagle and Shane for their help throughout my stay!

A wonderful stay. Everytime I called the front desk the staff were timely and very helpful . Children’s theme room is spotless clean . Carpet and tent is freshly cleaned . Cute slippers provided. Children’s play room is well ventilated and so much fun . We were lucky to get to use the flight simulator, the pilot that operated it is so polite and helpful. Luggage was stored very well and the shuttle service to airport is extremely convenient. Good hotel however one problem is hardly any western breakfast options , no halal catering , overall breakfast is great

Family room was not as advertised it was much smaller when we spoke to the staff the kindly upgraded to a bigger room. The amenities are great although rather rundown and a little unsafe (especially the climbing net which has snapped) Rooms were clean and the traffic/airplane noise was very manageable, breakfast was good. We will stay again on our return journey.
