種草多年，趁娃生日拔了個草，週末郊區度個假。
拔完就舒服了。
深坑本身是奇觀，光影秀和水幕秀還真挺不錯，長者孩子都滿意。早餐區域比較小，種類有待豐富。開業6年，房間略有點舊了。
停車場好評，免費且充電樁充足，快充樁七八個，慢充樁目測一二十個總有。
服務態度不錯，符合洲際水準。娃過生日，還給娃贈送了房間佈置和生日禮服，非常體貼。感謝管家Bruce。

有幾個反饋的點：1:酒店前台管家服務都很棒，響應很快 2:酒店餐飲做的很用心，自助午餐，自助晚餐，早餐都在酒店享用，菜品味道非常滿意，除了自助晚餐略貴 3:提的要求都能滿足，很感謝 4:第一次遇到升級行政房沒有行政禮遇，有點意外 5:酒店房間有點年代感了，升級的行政房也很小 6:酒店床品很不舒服，這是此行最不滿意的一點，一晚上沒睡好，感覺不是很乾凈，一直有刺刺癢癢的難受，我和老公都這麼覺得，幸虧寶寶穿了睡袋 7:枕頭都偏軟沒型，喜歡睡偏硬的人很不舒服 ！床有吱嘎吱嘎聲響，所以真的是一整晚沒睡好

對於孩子來説，是一次特別的入住體驗，住在坑裡和地下。雙11定的預售套餐，升級了房間，送了植物園門票，送了晚間迷糊，送了旅拍，送了小熊，看了漁火餐廳的魚，大廳的水幕秀，崖壁燈光秀，玩了遊樂場，觀景平台水槍，小朋友很開心，説下次還要來住。工作人員的服務意識也很高，禮貌熱情，管家Bambi很負責，温馨提醒酒店的各種活動，有求必應，入住體驗感很棒！
