作為入住鏞舍不下20晚的老用户對最近的一次入住體驗，可稱得上勸退級別，具體問題如下：
一、入住時，即便事先已與前台確認到訪時間，卻未見任何歡迎禮遇，歡迎水果與卡片均未置備。
二、房間清潔質量欠佳，於行李架下驚見前房客遺留之拖鞋，明顯清潔流程有疏漏。
三、清晨五時許，被鄰房客誤連藍牙播放高音量搖滾樂驚醒兩次，嚴重影響睡眠，足以説明退房後清潔SOP執行問題；
四、退房後，按金退還延遲，直至一週後主動聯繫值班經理，才得以結算房費、退按金及開具發票。
五、訪客停車問題，拜訪友人依據門僮指示停放太古會停車場，停了約5小時後離開，詢問前台停車費事宜，未獲任何協助且冷漠態度，最終收取100元停車費。
六、結算時，早餐費多收，反饋後至今未收到退款。
如不主動跟進則無任何反饋，對酒店工作人員失誤之際。再好的地點和硬件都彌補不了軟件的差勁。

非常滿意的酒店，完全對得這個價位。首先位置很好，樓下就是太古滙和南京西路地鐵口，吃飯逛街十分方便。酒店設施都很新，在上海這算很不錯了。最重要的是服務周到，甚至可以稱得上絲滑，晚上有送雞尾酒，送面膜，外賣會幫忙送到房間，酒店遇到的每一個員工都會主動打招呼，客房也打掃的很好。特別感謝前台很nice的Nifty小姐姐，在入住期間給予了很多幫助～
