房間很乾凈整潔，衞生做得很好，早餐也可以哦，整體服務態度都很好，每一個酒店員工見了客人都會問好，老遠就和你打招呼，心裏很舒服。

前台服務極度差勁。攜程預訂的房間，房費也是提前付好，到了酒店被告知沒有我們這個預訂，我拿出攜程預訂確認訊息，前台一位穿的粉色西裝套裝的不知名女士（因為沒有佩戴相應的工作銘牌）告訴我，就算攜程確定了她們也不一定收到這個單子，要以她們的單子為準，我説那你們聯繫下攜程啊，我這邊都有預訂確認訊息了，她説那你們自己聯繫，她們不聯繫的，不知道攜程是不是把單子轉給了其他什麼平台，反正和他們沒有關係。現在的漢庭酒店酒店就是這樣工作的嗎？3/8下午14:10左右這位粉色衣服的前台工作人員把一個囂張跋扈，小人得志展現的淋漓盡致。（酒店有攝像頭，現在的攝像頭都有聲音，請你們的高層自己去查一下攝像頭就知道了）。最後查到另一個名字的預訂，但是，我的預訂確認訊息上衹有一個名字，就算名字不對，你們是不是可以查一下預訂單號呢？直接就説沒有就是沒有，讓我們自己找攜程去，請問是你們和攜程是合作關係還是顧客個人和攜程有合作關係？為什麼都是0.5分，就是一顆老鼠屎壞了一鍋粥。

### 漢庭酒店入住評價
最近出差入住了漢庭酒店，整體體驗非常滿意！酒店位置便利，靠近地鐵站和商圈，出行和吃飯都很方便。房間雖然不算特別大，但佈局合理，乾淨整潔，床品舒適，睡得很踏實。特別喜歡他們的 **智能設備**，比如語音控制燈光和窗簾，感覺很現代化。
服務方面，前台工作人員態度熱情，辦理入住和退房都很高效。早餐種類豐富，中式西式都有，味道也不錯，尤其是現煮的麪條，暖胃又暖心。
唯一的小缺點是隔音效果一般，晚上能聽到走廊的聲音，但整體影響不大。性價比很高，適合商務出行或預算有限的旅行者。下次還會選擇漢庭！🏨👍
