在中信泰富和這家二選一，選了這家但是非常的失望。 説幾個細節吧， 1、酒店大堂的迎賓不會主動幫忙拿行李； 2、點了外賣騎手説酒店會送，等了20分鐘沒聲。打電話去前台説要自己下來拿； 3、房間沒有護理包，廁所馬桶怎麼沖都沖不乾淨； 4、早餐品種少。 整體來説，性價比太低。不推薦

This time, the hotel staff contacted me in advance to communicate the arrival time. When I arrived, Mr. Gao and Ms. Cao at the front desk left a very deep impression on me. Their service is first-class, their faces are always filled with warm and sincere smiles, and every subtle move conveys kindness and care. Mr. Gao patiently answered various questions for me, and his words were clear and concise, which made me feel extremely at ease in the unfamiliar environment where I first arrived. Ms. Cao arranged everything I needed with her carefulness and thoughtfulness, and every detail was handled just right. This stay experience was perfect, and I hope that all hotels I stay in in the future will have such standardized processes and thoughtful services!
