好的體驗：房間是古鎮河邊的居民樓改建，風格較極簡，傢俱舒適度還可以。有落地窗，很好的河景視野，能看着日出、來往的船輪晨起。房間是人字屋頂，因此空間比較舒適，功能鼓化緊湊，也有齊全的取暖設備。床品不錯，睡眠體驗好。洗漱品一般，這個價位的房間可以配略好些。有提前開暖氣、有迎客水果，如果配送兩包茶或咖啡就更好。客服主動聯繫，態度較友好。退房操作簡便。
不好體驗：1）客服聯繫沒有貼心瞭解我們是第一次到朱家角，如果更多詳細交代入住提示，明確交代房間位置，就會減少我們深夜到達而對民宿產生的不安全感。
2）落地窗沒有周期清刷，衹能在灰濛濛的窗前看河景，無法拍出清晰的畫面，自然會對古鎮水鄉印象有損。
3）房間裏缺少取暖、冰箱、茶水等配備説明或操作説明，入住時也沒有詳細介紹。
4）因為民居改建，房門隔音效果一般，早上七點後樓下街上鄰里的噪聲會有點吵。
5）房間裏沒有對訪客提供友善的古鎮旅遊或餐飲指南，書架上也沒有古鎮歷史相關出版，其實用心做一小本會找幾本放床頭，會讓人有更多好感。

因在青浦辦事，臨時想朱家角住一晚，民宿大概是住之前半小時才訂單，但是沒想到房間太舒服，一晚變兩晚三晚四晚…一共變成了五天四晚。就在放生橋下 位置景觀絕佳，放生橋看日落，房間看日出，客房服務也很貼心。下次還會住

房間與商家展示圖片一模一樣，乾淨舒適，傢俱很新，佈置有品味。過年帶父母孩子出遊，老闆娘特別熱情周到，晚上送來暖暖的餃子元宵，早上有熱騰騰的牛肉麪，還安排好了停車，很意外、很感動。年初四晚上接財神，煙花鞭炮好熱鬧。我們是上海本地人，住在景區，自駕周邊玩了三天，非常愉快的假期。強烈推薦入住。

房間毗鄰河畔，無論是白天還是晚上的風景都非常好，房東很nice，旁邊就是放生橋，從地鐵17號線下來1號出口出來就可以坐船到放生橋，住宿的地方很近的，出入也很方便

這次算是朱家角的深度遊，入住的這個民宿感覺很美好，有客廳可以喝茶看電視還有麻將可以玩，家人也很喜歡。天氣好的話外面的露台也好坐坐發發呆。房間和設備都很新很乾凈。老闆娘服務很貼心，處處有驚喜，春節期間還送了夜宵，早餐還有牛肉麪提供。下次有機會還會再來
