Hotel provided a very nice experience for my stay in Shanghai, including free early breakfast (5-7am), supper (9-11pm), and self operating washing machine to wash your clothes (whenever required). They also have automated delivery for the food from G floor to your room, which reduce the unnecessary direct contact with others due to hygiene purpose. One thing which can be further improved is the electric clothes steam iron. It is noticed that the steam output is blocked as the steam hose is bend, making it difficult to iron clothes.
Overall, the hotel still the best in the area!

The location is very good, opposite the subway entrance and 50 meters away from Suzhou River. The lady at the front desk is very considerate and provides free snacks and drinks in the room. Face towels were also carefully prepared.
