Awesome service and the staffs are very attentive to your needs. Bed is comfy and room space is more than enough. Definitely recommended if you are planning a trip to Disney. Not to mention their breakfast and supper have a lot of variety and delicous. 5 stars and i hope i will be back again.

Room is spacious and clean and hotel staff are friendly and helpful.
We made use of the airport drop off shuttle service and left the hotel at 5am, they provided water and light breakfast for everyone on the go.
Other than that, they also provide luggage storage service before check-in and after check-out.

the room was clean but always have smell of cigarettes i need to spray my perfome 🥲 also if you stay more than one night and need room service you need to inform the frontdeck otherwise your room was not clear.
but overall is good. recommended ! i booked single bed but got two 🫣

The shuttle bus driver is very nice, he even waited and get out the bus walk to gate 29 to look for people who called him earlier and may have lost in the airport. After arrival, go to 3rd floor gate 29 where all hotel shuttle busses are there picking up people. It is 40 degrees outside so we did not get out and just ordered KFC and had it deliver to hotel. The staff shall use AI robot to deliver to my room however the front desk called me to pick up my order around 9 pm. The next morning I woke up around 8 am and found no bottle water left so I called front staff to deliver bottle water to the room, she said ok someone will send soon, however I waited over 10 mins still no so I just walked to the breakfast area to drink there. I like the fresh chicken soup rice noodle. There is no mini fridge in the room so cannot drink cold water. Bed is comfortable, room is clean. If you need to catch up flight this is good choice.

The hotel was clean but not much service . Night staff wasn’t too helpful but the day staff was great. A bit noisy as the door slammed when open and close so unreasonable guest disturb our sleep, room wall not much insulation as noise gets through.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is really good. Save space for the tasty pastries and cakes.
Front desk service is great, nice and helpful. They assisted me order take-out pizza online and delivered to hotel after a long day at the Disneyland Park. The hotel arranged a birthday cake for us prior to our arrival and at very reasonable price (cake was baked inhouse).
If you take the effort and time to communicate with staff, you will achieve the assistance you require from the hotel team. Downloading a “Translation App” and “We-Chat” is highly recommended if you cannot communicate in Mandarin.
Please book your Disneyland drop-off and pickup shuttle 24 hour prior and register yourself with the “We-Chat” group (There is a QR code at the front desk). The hotel’s private guide on the bus ensured my family got through the park gate and registered at the park guest services.
Tip! if you need to communicate with the hotel staff prior to arriving, I found “We-Chat” to be the most convenient way (Novotel Shanghai Pudong Chuansha Mobile WeChat number is ***********).

The price-performance ratio is very high. The store has preserved the original style to transform the B&B. It can be seen that a lot of thought has been put into it. There are birds singing and flowers blooming inside, and there are many small animals. Children like it very much. The room is clean and spacious, and it can also pick up and drop off at Disneyland. In addition, I think it is really wise to rent a stroller from the store this time. Although I bought a fast pass, it is much easier for the child to sit in the stroller for a whole day. There is still a long way to walk from getting off the car to the parking lot. The strollers in the park are only for use within the park, which is inconvenient.

PPenelopeWe just had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was not only spotlessly clean, but also spacious and comfortable, offering everything one could need for a perfect rest. The location of the hotel is excellent, allowing easy access to various points of interest in the city.
The reception staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, always with a smile and willing to help with anything needed. The breakfast is first class, with an excellent variety that changes daily, making every morning a new culinary experience.
In addition, the hotel offers washing and drying machines, which is extremely convenient. We were provided with all the bottled water we needed and umbrellas were readily available. This is definitely a hotel we will return to - highly recommended!

AASLSEnjoyed my stay here very much. The location is very nice and about 20 minutes walk from South Sha'anxi Road metro station. Very bustling area with lots of interesting shops and large malls nearby. Room was a bit small but had everything I needed and was clean with a comfortable shower and bathroom. Staff was very nice and helpful, and could also speak some English. Overall enjoyed my stay and worth the price, and I'd stay here again next time! Thanks!!

GGuest User+ It´s comfortable because it´s on Line 2, where you can go to the Bund, and to both airports.
On the airport are also many restaurants and a convenient store.
The rooms are big and comfortable.
The breakfast is big and very tasty.
The TV has CNN and HBO, so it´s possible to watch TV in English too.
- My room was a non-smoking room but it smelled a lot like cigarettes unfortunately, which was quiet annoying.
Some design things (like window frame, shower,...) are dirty or rusty, but that´s normal in China as far as I know.
The Wi-Fi is okay, just a little bit slow.
The heater is central, so it feels a little bit cool in the room, you can turn on the ”heater” but it just blows out cold air, even on heating mode.

HhannahbananahI love Yiqinyuan for the calm and peaceful forest, I walked by myself during the last day and if you do visit, try to do it without any gadget. Just bring your keycard. Walk through the tall trees, hear the birds, feel the sun and inhale fresh air.
It is very sad that I have a non-refundable ticket that made me not enjoy the accomodation I booked. Since it was the coldest day of the year they decided to move all guests who stays in the container van rooms to their building rooms. To move In their main building I need to add more payment and we were relocated to building 5. It was also an advantage since the Foresta Cafe was there and the playroom (not so much in there but still worth the visit). However, the room we were in was so dusty, the aircon was blowing some dusty air and the carpet was so dirty. It ruined the whole trip and even of they were able to change the beddings and vacuum the carpet it was still tickling our noses. We were really looking forward to a nice Christmas trip but yeah. I booked 3 nights because we really love the place. 😭 The next day I asked again to be moved to a different room, they said they were fully booked but alas there was an available room next to us. The first room was so inconvenient because whenever we turn the lights off the WIFI also goes off. The fridge was not working well, the temperature outside was much better. The second room was better than the first room but the exhaust fan wasn't working.
The breakfast was only located in the main restaurant which was 15 mins (waiting for the electric car) away from our building. It was a race to get to breakfast and the seating was not enough to be near the buffet. Time is running and you have Marathon between your table and the buffet table. Food was great though they alternate between the dates. Dinner was also good and had great service but not so much choice of small dished for a small family. Local food at it's best!
La Foresta Cafe was interesting. They helped us keep our Christmas pies in their fridge. The only way to order was via the QR on the table but the catch was you have to pay right away for your order to go through which waa different from the main restaurant. So there we were waiting for our food but they didn't really get through and had to end up sitting and waiting for an hour. The next day it took 30 mins. for the food to come. The taste was good serving was big, can share.
The electric cars were very prompt and the drivers were very kind and polite.
The food again was really yummy!
The staff were friendly too.
You can buy swan/duck feed at 5rmb/2 packs at the coffee shop at the reception.
They were giving away eyemask and heatpacks.
The bottles water was also free. The snack at the room was cheaper than the vending machine.
It is far from the town so make sure you have what you need before heading to the resort.
They have hangers and iron in every room at building 5 where we stayed.
Not a lot of English speaking staff so bring some Mandarin phrases or get ready with a translator APP.
After a long mixed review I just wish that the resort informed us ahead that the accomodation will not be available and made an option for rebooking or ensure better accomodation it was really a hassle.

We could smell cigarette in the hallways on several occasions although it is supposed to be non smoking. No coffee in the room and a couple of teabags well hidden. Breakfast not included in the room but too expensive to get at the hotel. Nice view from the room and 2 minutes away from metro station and from pedestrian street

HHongsederenThe room is clean. The Pearl River view room I was given is in a general location. You can only see the complete ”three-piece set” at the edge. The room with a smaller number may have a better view. The room facilities are very good, with a little smell of new decoration. My wife was a little allergic in the afternoon. After dinner, I went to the front desk to apply for an air purifier and signed a waiver agreement to open the window. I slept well all night. After dinner, I went to the very fashionable bar on the 32nd floor (guests can take a free tour). There is a large open-air platform. The night view of the Bund, Lujiazui and North Bund is unobstructed. It is worth going up to sit. Watch the sunrise at 6 o'clock in the morning. It is half blocked by the high-rise buildings in Pudong. You can see the busy Pujiang River at sunrise. It is beautiful. There are not many tourists on the Bund in the early morning.
