The rooms are cozy and clean. The hotel staff, especially the ladies, are patient and gentle. The hotel offers a wide range of services to meet all our tourist needs. The hygiene is particularly satisfying, and the breakfast has a rich variety of delicious options. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet spot amidst the bustling city, very close to the Xujiahui business district, making dining, entertainment, and shopping very convenient. Especially Xuhui Park across the street is a great place for a walk and relaxation.

This hotel experience far exceeded my expectations! I planned a surprise for my girlfriend and called the hotel two days in advance to discuss the decorations. The staff meticulously asked about our arrival time and patiently explained all the details for decorating the room. On the day, we arrived earlier than scheduled, but Olivia at the front desk had already prepared the room, giving me plenty of time to set things up. During the process, I encountered several unexpected issues, but thanks to Olivia's calm and resourceful help, everything was resolved smoothly. The surprise was a huge success, and my girlfriend absolutely loved it! My heartfelt thanks to the hotel, and a special shout-out to Olivia for her professional and attentive service. Highly recommended!

The hotel is relatively new, but the upkeep is only so-so. There's a scale in the room, but it didn't work – probably dead batteries, and who knows how long it's been like that; the cleaning staff clearly aren't checking. The location is decent though, about a 10-minute walk to the Line 17 subway station. There weren't many guests, and the coffee machine in the lobby was hit-or-miss with no explanation. Also, my room didn't have a bathrobe. I only realized other guests had them on the third day and had to ask the front desk for one. Not sure why. The front desk staff are all quite young, and their professionalism could use some improvement. On the bright side, the free self-service laundry room is a big plus!👍🏾

Check-in at the front desk was efficient. The breakfast provides a good mix of Western and Chinese options. The location is convenient for getting around, and the hotel features a self-service laundry room and a fitness area. It's a great value for business travelers, especially those attending conferences or on work trips in Pudong.

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation. The room is spacious and bright, and the facilities are complete. The front desk staff, Xiao Di and Xiao Cha, provided warm and thoughtful service. It was really great, and I will definitely come back to stay again.

My stay here was excellent. Wayne at the front desk was very professional and attentive, making the check-in process quick and efficient. The hotel facilities are great, especially the gym which is always available, and the self-service laundry room was very convenient. The lobby offers coffee, which is perfect for a relaxing break. Plus, there's a Freshippo supermarket right downstairs and plenty of restaurants nearby, making daily shopping and dining incredibly easy.

Overall, the room was good, but the curtains would make a 'snap' sound from time to time, even at night. The door lock was broken and couldn't be secured. When I returned to the hotel the next day, I lifted the toilet lid to find several water droplets on the toilet seat. It looked like water splashed up from flushing the toilet during cleaning while the lid was down. The breakfast selection was limited, but the taste was decent.
