It's not very soundproof, and there was a lot of chatter in the room next to 11 in the middle of the night. When we checked out at noon the next day, the front desk reminded us again at 11:20 and again at 11:30. We had already packed up and left. I have never seen a hotel that started reminding us at 11:20. Not recommended, won’t go there again

This is my second time staying here, and I think the room from last time was better laid out. The blind was broken, the shower door handle was broken, the floor tiles were creaking. I don’t think the staff speak English, so have a translator app ready.

GGuest UserI like staying in the hotel because friendly staff provides very good service. The rooms are new and clean, although you can’t expect nice view as the hotel is located in an ordinary suburb in pudong. As to the breakfast , you have so many choices , and most of the are delicious.
It is close to pudong airport , but if you want to take train , you need walk about 1.3 km to the nearest station.
I would expect the hotel providing better dinner or super , and I am happy to pay more for some full meals rather than noodles or wonton.

First of all, in the first few days of our stay, Miss Vicky, the director of the guest relations department, took the initiative to contact us, added her contact information, and asked us about our check-in time, any needs, etc.! And upgraded our room type for free! The service is very considerate!
After checking in on the day of check-in, he took the initiative to introduce us to the hotel and the room, and thoughtfully prepared welcome fruits, tea and desserts for us! Welcome sign, and luggage tag with our own names...
The room facilities are all very high-end! Very clean! The service is also very good! Good looking, warm and friendly, they made us feel like home!
Breakfast can be delivered to our room, it is delicious and unique!
The gym is very large, and there are dedicated staff to provide water, towels and cut fruits!
In addition, the afternoon tea is delicious! The view from the top terrace is beautiful!
Finally, considering our flight, they also provided us with a late check-out for free! They gave us valuable chocolates and candies before leaving! All in all, I am very satisfied with this experience. I will come to Shanghai again during the Qingming Festival and will continue to stay at Bulgari!

The only things I found could've been improved or could be better with my stay we're that there was only one chair on my balcony, only one bathrobe and pair of slippers we're prepared s well. There was also a desert prepared in the room, but it was sour.

The service provided is very good. Essentials such as Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, toothbrush and toothpaste are provided. I booked a room with breakfast included, which was a great choice. The breakfast buffet has tons of options to choose from.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Srui Tong arranged found a room with a window for my stay. The room is very clean and quiet ; Two complimentary bottle water are provided.
I had a nice stay, will be back soon.

Great fitness, spa, and swimming pool area that all opens at 8a (late for a fitness area since we like early morning workouts). The from desk staff very organized and accommodating. Room service and other dining options throughout the day available. Perfect location to walk to the Jing’An area and even Kerry Centre. Easy pick up cabins for meituan. MMimiThe decoration smell is too strong. The air conditioner in the corridor is very cold when the air conditioner enters the room. It feels like staying in the refrigerator. The room heater is not turned on. I can only check out at night. I can't stay any longer. The smell is heavy and cold. Many places are not perfect. The restaurant is not open. Currently, there is only breakfast on the second floor. The renovation of the dinner buffet was a big failure. All the good-looking design points were deleted. But now the design company and decoration company have no level at all and can only be described as crude.
