Hotel worked out fine with me. It looked like the bath was supposed to have a bubble function, but I was unable to figure it out.
Sadly, since it was winter, the air-conditioning didn't blow cold air, so my room was warmer that I like (but would be comfortable for people that want their room above 20°.
Close to a shopping center.
The worst part was the electricity turns off when you leave. I know most hotels do this. But, unlike most hotels, the refrigerator also turns off when you leave. So if you have anything that can spoil or you want cold... And you have to leave for the day... When you come back, it's warm. I hope they can find a way to remedy this issue. It's the one thing that would prevent me from staying again.

The hotel’s location is a bit off main street. Also, the rooms we got on a street level floor, lots of mosquitoes found and bit us, on top of that the refrigerator was not cool at all, let a lone cold, worse still the laundry dryer did not m function at all that we ended wasting 2.5hrs twice in the middle of the night which we had to redo it at our next Orange Hotel destination in Suzhou Railway Station

I have been to many places and stayed in many hotels. I habitually choose brand chain stores, but I still prefer Atour. This Atour is also a standard Atour standard:
The facilities are complete, the hygiene is good, the staff is polite, and the service is very considerate: a family of four lives in one room, and they take the initiative to give children more toothbrushes and slippers, and also give children gifts. The coffee and tea bags in the room are better than those in ordinary hotels. There are also free neck stickers, eye masks, facial masks, and disposable cotton towels. Because of the transit, I booked an Elong King Room. The room was very clean, the front desk service was very good, the aunt on duty was very enthusiastic, the whole floor was well-air-conditioned and I enjoyed the time in the room and lobby. It is located near Hongqiao Airport, and planes kept flying overhead. I saw six different flights passing overhead under the shade of flowers on the hotel wall. Opposite is a Lanzhou Ramen Restaurant and a Mutton Soup Noodle Restaurant. It takes about 12 yuan to take a taxi to Qibao Vanke Shopping Plaza, which is now renamed Link Plaza. In the summer evening, I went shopping and had ice drinks, and returned to the hotel to store my luggage for free for a week. I will stay in this hotel next time I come to Hongqiao.

The location is very good, take a taxi to the Qibao Old Street parking lot and get off and you can see the hotel. It is very easy to find. The subway is Qibao Station of Line 9. It is very fast to get off the subway and walk for 15 minutes. The bus can get off at Fuqiang Street and walk for about 6.7 minutes.
Qibao Old Street is better at night, take pictures, just stroll around, eat snacks, but the taste is not very good. There are nightingales next to the hotel, and there is a shop specializing in Xiaolongbao to try. To Fuqiang Street, it is the bus to get off the road to the hotel. There are locals who go to buy and queue up, especially the old Shanghai scallion cake. I see that around 7 o'clock, many Shanghai grandfathers and grandmothers are queuing.
Qibao subway station Vanke Plaza and Huibao Plaza have a lot of things to eat, coffee shops, local dishes, eating and living is really convenient.

The breakfast and afternoon snack and night snacks were very nice and worth it. They are full meals so I would consider this as a full board offer.
The rooms are very spacious and clean and furniture is fresh and comfortable.
The toilets are clean and spacious and all toilet items were there.
The location is close to the main station and has two malls right next to it within less than a 5 minute walk.

This is my second time staying here, and I think the room from last time was better laid out. The blind was broken, the shower door handle was broken, the floor tiles were creaking. I don’t think the staff speak English, so have a translator app ready.

GGuest UserI like staying in the hotel because friendly staff provides very good service. The rooms are new and clean, although you can’t expect nice view as the hotel is located in an ordinary suburb in pudong. As to the breakfast , you have so many choices , and most of the are delicious.
It is close to pudong airport , but if you want to take train , you need walk about 1.3 km to the nearest station.
I would expect the hotel providing better dinner or super , and I am happy to pay more for some full meals rather than noodles or wonton.

First of all, in the first few days of our stay, Miss Vicky, the director of the guest relations department, took the initiative to contact us, added her contact information, and asked us about our check-in time, any needs, etc.! And upgraded our room type for free! The service is very considerate!
After checking in on the day of check-in, he took the initiative to introduce us to the hotel and the room, and thoughtfully prepared welcome fruits, tea and desserts for us! Welcome sign, and luggage tag with our own names...
The room facilities are all very high-end! Very clean! The service is also very good! Good looking, warm and friendly, they made us feel like home!
Breakfast can be delivered to our room, it is delicious and unique!
The gym is very large, and there are dedicated staff to provide water, towels and cut fruits!
In addition, the afternoon tea is delicious! The view from the top terrace is beautiful!

The only things I found could've been improved or could be better with my stay we're that there was only one chair on my balcony, only one bathrobe and pair of slippers we're prepared s well. There was also a desert prepared in the room, but it was sour.

The service provided is very good. Essentials such as Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, toothbrush and toothpaste are provided. I booked a room with breakfast included, which was a great choice. The breakfast buffet has tons of options to choose from.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Srui Tong arranged found a room with a window for my stay. The room is very clean and quiet ; Two complimentary bottle water are provided.

Great fitness, spa, and swimming pool area that all opens at 8a (late for a fitness area since we like early morning workouts). The from desk staff very organized and accommodating. Room service and other dining options throughout the day available. Perfect location to walk to the Jing’An area and even Kerry Centre. Easy pick up cabins for meituan. Will stay again if I make another appointment.

MMimiThe decoration smell is too strong. The air conditioner in the corridor is very cold when the air conditioner enters the room. It feels like staying in the refrigerator. The room heater is not turned on. I can only check out at night. I can't stay any longer. The smell is heavy and cold. Many places are not perfect. The restaurant is not open.
