The courtyard environment is good, the courtyard and the room are generally clean. The room is decorated in a unique way, and the children like it. It is not far from Disney, so I chose this place on purpose. There is a special car to pick us up, which is convenient. Because I bought a fast pass + early entry, the special car driver came to pick us up on time in the morning. I decided to go back early in the evening, and the driver came to pick us up immediately after calling. On the day we arrived, we wanted to go to the subway station, and the boss also took us there, which was very enthusiastic.

Very satisfied with the service attitude, the children are very happy staying here, there are many varieties of breakfast, my daughter likes steamed buns and bean paste buns the most, this breakfast costs more than 80 yuan outside, you can buy some headwear from the boss to play with, his bags and headwear are all cheap, we came back after staying at Toy Story, regret not staying at his house all the time, the money saved can be used to buy things for the children

I wanted a quiet place to deal with jet lag, and I also wanted a place close to Shanghai Disney Land. I came across this hotel randomly. After reading the good reviews, I booked it right away. It was a great decision. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was given a free upgrade to a quiet room. There's a small restaurant on the property. The free shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes to Disneyland. I also had a chance to visit a small street with a 200 year's history. It's quite interesting to see what a Chinese village looks like. I had an amazing experience there. Comparing to the luxurious hotel I stayed at on Nanjing road later on, I prefer this one because it gives a more authentic Chinese experience.

We stayed in c305 during the National Day holiday, on the 3rd floor of building c in the hotel. It must be praised! I will record the details. 1-Service. Before checking in, the front desk took the initiative to contact me by phone and added WeChat one day in advance, enthusiastically answered questions, and helped me and my child to make an appointment to pick up at the airport. After arriving at the store, they took the initiative to help take the luggage and deliver it to the room. The response during the stay was timely, which was very good. 2-Room. The room we stayed in was of reasonable size, and it was spacious for 1 big and 2 small. It was clean and tidy, cleaned in time every day, the cabinet air conditioner was very cool, and the layout and decoration were also very good. There was a very comfortable swivel chair in front of the large French window, where I would sit and rest every day to look at the scenery in the yard and in the distance. One point to note is that this room is a bit high, there is no elevator, and you need to climb the stairs. The bathroom in the room also needs to climb the stairs. If there are elderly people or people with inconvenience in legs and feet, it is recommended to communicate with the front desk in advance. 3-Dining. Our package includes two breakfasts, but I slept with my children every day and didn't eat. The hotel has a restaurant for lunch and dinner. You can order dishes according to the menu. They are cooked on the spot. They are delicious home-cooked dishes. The average cost per person is about 30-40. We had lunch there on the first day and lunch on the third day. 4- Transportation. The hotel provides free shuttle bus to the airport, which needs to be booked one day in advance. This is really great! It saves a lot of money to go back and forth, and it is delivered directly to the door of the hotel, which is convenient and fast. There is also a shuttle bus to Disney every day, which is about a 10-minute drive. The last bus returns at 22.20, which is in the Donald Duck parking lot, which is great! 5- Environment. The hotel environment is very beautiful. After entering the courtyard, there is a large swimming pool and a clean lawn. The building is mainly white, with many interesting set designs. You can see the intentions of the store. This is my favorite environment after staying in Shanghai several times. 6- Animals. There are ponies, rabbits, cats, and puppies in the hotel. Many children have to play with the animals for a long time. I like it so much. The animals are also very clean and have no special smell. That's basically it. It must be praised overall! I look forward to staying there next time~

Because of the typhoon, the two B&Bs I originally booked had power outages when I came to Shanghai. It was a blessing in disguise, so I chose this one temporarily. I felt that the room was particularly clean! ! The environment was very good, and there was a washing machine and dryer, which just solved the problem of not being able to dry wet clothes during the typhoon. The front desk guy also helped with luggage and other things! The driver sent it to Disney for free. Breakfast was provided. It was a pity that I didn’t have time to eat it. Hahahahahaha I will come again next time if I have the chance!

We stayed in this hotel because it was close to disneyland and it had a swimming pool, but unfortunately when we arrived there the swimming pool ass very dirty and wasn't able to use it. The rooms were very nice and modern but not clean, we found a cigarette behind the bathroom door, a dirty tissue next to the bath and a dead insect behind the toilet. The hotel provides a free bus to disneyland and back which is great because it's very difficult to get a taxi and the lady at reception was very helpful and professional. The swimming must be cleaned for the guest to use or the guest must be notified in advance and the bedrooms must be cleaner

Everything was fine. The room was cozy and nice. However you must leave your shoes in the locker as soon as you arrive at the hotel and there are no slippers or flip-flops in the room, and not everyone likes walk barefoot. Also, if you want to take a shower you have to go to the shared bathroom, like at the gym, which is okay. However, not everyone feels comfortable to walk around naked, and they don't give you a big towel. So bring your own towel when you book the hotel, if you mind walking naked. Although, breakfast was nice and bus service from the hotel to Disney Land and back was very convenient.
