Best Western Sevierville/Kodak Inn

This hotel looks a little worn. The carpet definitely needs to be replaced, but my room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was large. It had a television, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, and a refrigerator. There were complimentary toiletries and the towels were well stocked. There was no noise at all. I slept well and felt safe. The door had double locks. The air conditioning worked well. Check in was fast and easy and the gentleman working was very friendly. The indoor pool was large and very clean. There was also a fitness room that seemed well equipped. The free breakfast consisted of waffles, cereal, toast, pastries, and boiled eggs. Not a huge variety but I got full and it was free. The vending machines have a good variety and were well stocked. I was surprised that there is no hair dryer in the room. I had to run to the store to buy one. I stayed here on a work trip. I would definitely stay here again. Overall I was very satisfied. The room is extremely no frills with an older feel to it, but I was not there to stay in the room. I was provided a very clean and safe place to sleep, I was treated well, and spoiled a little with a clean, warm indoor pool and free waffles for breakfast. I rested well in a comfortable bed with no noise or distractions. I am a happy customer!

Solid hotel in central location between Knoxville and Great Smokey Mountains. Only needed affordable overnight stay. Nice breakfast restaurant next door and Buc-ee’s is across the highway. However, hotel could use an update/sprucing up.

The beds were very comfortable.. room was very clean.. tub was very slippery with no safety bars… faucet was broken so you couldn’t turn on water… front desk found a handle that wasn’t the right size but could be wedged in to help… other rooms seemed okay.. definitely could use a little more maintenance done…

Room is Fairly large,beds comfortable, bathtub was extremely slippery. Ice machine was out of order on ground floor so had to go to 3 Rd floor,but Convenient location but didn't like having to make u turn coming from the south and hard to get out and go to the north.Pretty nice for the money I would stay here again.

Extremely low morale staff members. Did they get paid at all? Breakfast was extremely disappointing, and the dining area was DEAD- tv’s off, no music, just dead silence. Everything was gone by 9:30am and they brought out uncooked bacon upon request 10 min before 10am. Room was acceptable but the towels were of very low quality, flushing system needs upgrade.

Very comfortable clean room. Affordable for the two of us without breaking the bank. The room above us the first night we could hear was taking a shower. It was leaking thru the light of our shower. It stopped. Never did it again. We do not know if it was fixed, or if no one stayed above us the rest of the week. Balcony was a little small however the right size for the two of us. The front desk person could have kept an eye on the breakfast bar better. One time moldy bread got put out somehow. It was only one. Constantly ran out of stuff and everyone had to constantly go ask for more. It would have been nice if the stuff was filled without us having to ask all the time. The fire pit was a BIG plus. Enjoyed and it helped us become good friends with someone else who was staying there. And we are all already keeping in touch. Pool looked clean. However we were so tired from sightseeing all day that regretfully didn’t get a chance to use it. All in all the rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. Few minor things but were corrected so we will probably stay again. Glad we stayed here instead of pigeon forge or Gatlinburg due to the busyness of those towns. We could go sightseeing there and come back to a quiet space and chill and relax.

Very comfortable,quiet stay. Clean room, great stay! Best Western did it again, was not disappointed. Very friendly staff. Adequate parking.We will definitely stay there again if in the area. Room was clean, plenty of towels (my pet peeve).

An older hotel but if you were staying for more than 1 night, you would have a balcony with chairs to enjoy. This motel was located close to Buc-ees!! We were heading home and needed to stop due to all the rain from Helene. The young man at the desk was so kind and smiling and bubbly and kidding with other guests

No microwave in the room and the sheets had stains in them. It was really an inconvenience to have to go and ask for more sheets and use the microwave in the lobby. The front desk rep seem irritated when I addressed the issues with her. Good stay for about 5 hours I guess.
