The front desk service is very good

Informo, que ontem dia 23.08.2024, o pessoal, dizendo os mesmo, terem ordens da direcao, expulsaram do hotel, 1 casal, a senhora estava indicada pelos medicos repouso absoluto, Lugar calmo, e encontrou um verdairo terror. Desde o momento em que confirmou a reserva da noite as 11.30 hs e solicitou o pagamento de um agente de viagens Frnces serio, que se dignou a enviar imediatamente o pagamento, e copia do mesmo para garantir a seriedade. O Hotel as 17.30 hs inicia uma guerra com os clientes, impedindo a entrada dos mesmos, dizendo qua nao tinham o valor na conta. Por sua vez a Agencia Francesa, fez prova, tirando uma captura de ecran, situacao de grande humilhacao, apresentou copia do extrato bancario, no qual se verificava nitidamente o saldo positivissimo, capaz de suportar o debito de mais de 12 meses da estadia dos clientes, nitidamente visivel o valor de 108 euros debitados a quem fora pago. Mesmo perante esta prova, a recepcao teve ordem de nao aceitar prova alguma e de expulsar os clientes do hotel, por volta das 19.30 hs. Algo escandaloso, digno de ser publicado em jornal, HOTEL ARANGUES EM SETUBAL, NO SERA MAIS RECOMENDADO PELA AGENCIA, NEM PELO SR EM QUESTAO, QUE JA ASSINARAM O LIVRO DE RECLAMACOES DO HOTEL E PRETENDEM SEGUIR O PROCESSO DE HUMILHACAO E OUTROS PREJUIZOS, ATE MESMO DE SAUDE, POR ESTE HOTEL CAUSADOS.

Extremely quiet area, it is not difficult to park, at least on the date we went, the staff was very attentive and helpful, especially the breakfast lady, great. Recommended, rest, cleaning....

Cozy hotel, met our expectations, all the staff were very polite. Good location, everything is close by. The breakfast is very delicious, always with sweet fruits, it is definitely a return option, the rooms are always clean.

Simple hotel, impeccable in terms of cleanliness, well educated and very helpful staff... Simple breakfast with little variety but for the price it was well worth it... To be repeated when possible... Quiet street with parking in front of the hotel

As soon as we entered the room we found the toilet bowl open and dirty, no, the following, I don't want to describe what I saw with respect to the readers, the super worn carpet, furniture from another era but from very very ago, I immediately asked for a change of Room, finally toilet was clean, furniture identical to the previous one. The breakfast was good, but the lady who entered the room was very unpleasant and we were a very polite and formal group. Very small dining room cannot accommodate even half of the customers.

Hotel extremamente simples , diária cara pelo que oferece, quarto ok , tem que descer pra buscar as coisas, ninguém leva, café da manhã simples , funcionária do café prestativa e educada, wi fi ok e estacionamento na rua na frente do hotel.
