Personnel de l’accueil de nuit pas agréable. Chambre qui sent très mauvais les égouts, bruyant, Clim qui ne fonctionne pas pendant plus d’une heure car le réceptionniste ne donne pas les bonnes télécommandes et ne veut pas faire d’effort. Chambre sale, draps sales et lumières qui ne fonctionnent pas. Nous ne reviendrons pas. Pas de parking, et rue mal famée car trop de gens ivres toute la nuit

Great little hotel friendly staff cheap and cheerful don't expect to much but comfy and clean stayed for 4 nights (two is enough) very noisy at night (germans) football week.great location beach across street.did not do food room only.arenal is not cheap

Ho soggiornato con la mia compagna, prendendo questo hotel per la posizione logistica . Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto della mia scelta proprio per l’Ottima posizione e il personale molto cortese e professionale . . Se nn si hanno troppe pretese qualità prezzo indiscutibile.

Venivo spesso in questo hotel e non era un granchè, solo che il prezzo competitivo e la spiaggia a qualche metro mi ha sempre portato ad accontentarmi diciamo. Quano sono tornato ho scoperto la nuova gestione, sono italiani ed hanno la cultura del turismo, mi sembra totalmente una nuova struttura. I ragazzi cordialissimi, i letti comodi e poi la bellezza di Maiorca!

Hotel centrallissimo e vicino al mare ristrutturato consigliatissimo per una vacanza a palma si sta davvero bene ambienti ristrutturati e dotati di ogni comfort, da provare per una sosta di una settimana nella fantastica palma de mallorca

Ho soggiornato nel mese di luglio dell’anno scorso insieme alla mia famiglia, la struttura è vicinissima al mare a quattro passi dalla spiaggia Arenal, le camere sono ampie e comode. Colazione ricca e personale gentile. Sicuramente Ci ritorneremo

2 star! The hotel was spotless, every day clean bedding, towels and cleaned from top to bottom. English, no. Germans are so rude. It was like Bulins, I was the only english person there by myself. Never again!! Avoid if you are English!!!!!
