Etwas in die Jahre gekommendes, aber sauberes Hotel. Leider auch sehr hellhörig, zumindest im Haus Copacabana.
Ich hatte mit Halbpension gebucht. Die Auswahl vom essen war groß und geschmacklich auch in Ordnung.

The room was not made up when I arrived. Plaster was missing round the outside of the doorframe, the lock for the balcony door was broken and the showerhead was snapped off (see pictures).
It was reported to reception and I was informed that a director would have to review it and contact me. After 72 hours I had not received any communication, and therefore sent an email to the company. I still have had no reply or even any acknowledgement of the issue
