Lugar para viver experiências. Linda e ampla vista para o nascer do sol, jardins lindos e muito bem cuidados e gazebos espalhados para a contemplação - pertinente e relevante. Fiquei na suíte, linda acomodação e com todos os recursos necessários. Vista da banheira é deslumbrante. Fiz a Yoga com o professor Luciano no sábado de manhã - inclusa na diária -, nunca havia praticado, e foi uma imersão de tamanha profundidade que não caberia em palavras. Investi em uma massagem e foi um investimento bem pago, o local é propício para o relaxamento e eles fornecem serviços de qualidade para isso. Tive uma ótima recepção pela Evellyn, além do Zorro e do Bread 🐶. Todos os colaboradores muito cordiais!

Segue a versão ajustada: Minha experiência na Pousada Shangri-Lá foi incrível, um verdadeiro refúgio de paz e harmonia. O local é acolhedor, com uma energia que renova a alma. Os quartos são confortáveis, o atendimento é atencioso, e a paisagem ao redor é deslumbrante, perfeita para relaxar e esquecer o mundo lá fora. O restaurante é um charme à parte, com um ambiente encantador e pratos deliciosos. Apenas alguns pequenos ajustes poderiam torná-lo ainda mais especial, mas, no geral, foi uma experiência maravilhosa. Certamente voltarei e recomendo a todos que buscam tranquilidade, conforto e boa gastronomia em um lugar mágico.

Fiquei decepcionada com a experiência do local, reservei para presentear meu namorado pois é aniversário dele e já havíamos ido ao restaurante uma outra vez. Quarto ok, banheiro sujo, persiana cheia de mofo, banheira com sujeira, chuveiro fica pingando, fez barulho a noite toda e quando está dentro da banheira fica pingando bem na cara. Comprei pacote de mimos e precisei cobrar itens que esqueceram de colocar, pedimos um prato no restaurante onde a carne veio totalmente crua. Quando solicitamos limpeza do quarto não fizeram limpeza do banheiro, apenas organizaram as coisas e o lixo que tiraram deixaram na frente da porta, precisei reclamar para pegarem. Restaurante cheio de moscas, comida deixou a desejar. Não vale o preço pelo que entregam. Demos feedback para a gerente e apenas ouvimos um obrigada, e que se quiséssemos fariam uma faxina no quarto mas preferimos sair de lá para outro hotel.

me desculpe, adoro o lugar, mas ,liguei hoje perguntando o valor da diaria ,e a menina me fala entre 800,00 a 1600,00. Eu perunto, ok, qual a diferença entre o que eu fiquei pela ultima vez , e ela me fala, " NENHUMA. disse ela que já fui aí , mas ela não dá a minima.

Amei, fiquei em um chalé e como aceita Pet levei meus gatinhos, o chalé tinha lareira e banheira de hidromassagem e do quarto dava para ver a montanha, era lindo, café da manhã maravilhoso e completo e o restaurante também era tudo de bom, ah tem piscina e piscina coberta aquecida, lugar perfeito para descansar e desestressar, jardins e decoração de bom gosto
