O único incoveniente foi no momento do café da manhã. Nos foi informado na ocasião do check in que o café era até às 10h30 e ao chegar ao restaurante, às 10h25, não havia mais nada montado. No entanto, um funcionário nos recebeu de forma pouco acolhedora e simpática. Providenciou algumas coisas para comermos, mas com aparente má vontade e zero simpatia. Um clima bem desconfortável, porém, bem perceptível que era sobre ele exclusivamente e não sobre uma conduta generalizada dos funcionários do hotel.
Na recepção, tanto no check in, quanto no check out, fomos incrívelmente bem tratadas e acolhidas.
