Hotels Near Bukit Serdang Trail - Taman Universiti Indah entrance in Seri Kembangan

First of all, the room was good enough and it's clean. It's not that big but it's suitable with the price. They provided me with remote control and 2 towels which later on I need to return those items at the reception counter in order to get my deposit back. The deposit is RM30 and it needs to be pay with cash only. For the service, it was superb ! 😌 the receptionist was really nice. As for the location, it is quite near McDonald's, Domino's pizza, Subway and Aeon but since we need to cross the big road, we decided to order Grab which cost us around RM 5.50 - RM 7. It's okay, just an average apartment! The supporting facilities are very average, but it's quite clean. It's okay for just one night.

The hotel was Good but unfortunately they didnt keep my items that i have left there..The cleaner go to throw my stuff😢..

We stayed here for 1 day trip to mines shopping mall to take the boat ride . We got a room with window facing back view.. For a budget hotel the room looks tidy but not the floor , it was really greasy and sticky , the floor mat near bathroom for no use. The bathroom floor was so sticky n greasy . Feel discomfort. But overall can stay for a short trip .

this is my 2nd time coming here. came here on 5-6/3/21 with friend & come again on 10-11/3/ with family. i recommend to choose DELUXE PLUS or villa instead of CLASSIC ROOM. yes classic is the cheapest but there is no view u can see. the attraction here is the pool and lake view. there is free parking at the basement but we choose to have the valet paking which cost us rm10 per day since it was too dark when at night. View is great. Room is clean. Heater & aircond functioning very well. BUT astro channel only 3 channels available which are cartoon & 2 sports. 1 more thing toothbrush need to be requested from reception. so RIDICULOUS! they also wont provide any extra towels even if u request for it. if hotel is full house i could be more understanding but that time only few rooms occupied. by the time i come here there is no cafe open. that means no room service. either u have to to THE MINES in front @ order from food delivery. for breakfast they outsourced from other party. only nasi lemak available@ RM10 & they will send to your room at 8am. POOL looks not really clean eventhough they said just cleaned the pool. the balls floated in the pool also very dirty. but its very worthy for the photo. beautiful scenery. at night there are colorful light at the pool until midnight. TIPS: if u choose CLASSIC/ DELUXE PLUS room please request at level 4. because at night its very dark & level 4 is where lobby is located. so it wont be too scary to pick up your food from food delivery rider

I'm glad that I call the hotel much earlier since I'm going to check in the midnight since I'm comi g from Penang, and the staff attended me really well since they have self check-in machine. It was a very convenient initiative by the hotel.

The hotel location is just few steps away from MRT Putra Permai which is part of PYL, basically easy access to the whole KL Selangor! The hotel can fully cater a business traveler’s basic necessities. There’s a 24hour halal mamak restaurant just next door too. Kudos for the Geo BH management
