Sheik and modern hotel, nice facilities including a fabulous swimming pool and gym c treadmills, an elliptical, weight machines and yoga mats. There are also SPA services available. Exactly what I was looking for as respite from budget travel while waiting for Vietnam visa near Kuala Lumpur airport. Location is good for airport access but it’s a bit far from central Kuala Lumpur to go in for dinner. Breakfast is buffet style, 45 MYR and very good with wide variety of options. The hotel is new and staff seem to out number guests at this point. I was glad to have this hotel near the airport option but hopefully will not find myself in this predicament again.

However, it may not be ideal for those looking to explore Kuala Lumpur’s city center due to its far distance. The buffet spread was delicious and varied, adding to the overall experience. While there is no covered parking, free parking is provided for staying guests. Normal guests parking is at a flat rate of RM10 if im not mistaken. My room was well-equipped with all basic necessities, and I appreciated the hotel’s commitment to environmental sustainability, with no single-use plastics and mostly recyclable items. However, my room had a minor issue with a loose toilet pipe, which caused some leakage. Despite this, my overall stay was comfortable.

Stay for 2D 1N with my mom as we need to pick up my dad at the airport. The receptionist is kind and the check in process is going smoothly. The room is okay for two people to stay , nothing to complain about. There is cafe kaca and kofi , the food is quite good. Overall recommended for you guys to stay overnight while waiting for your flight. It takes 20 minutes to go to the airport .

The place is ok, affordable but the heater in my room not working. Also the place too crowded at night. Hopefully their improve the facility of the hotel in future. Tv either not working as well. Only got 1 channel only itupn banyak semut2 keluar kt siaran tv.

Very good sleep and rest before my flight! The staffs are really helpful and attentive, especially the girl at the reception, who gave a warm and friendly welcome :) Good cleanliness! Good location and shuttles for the airport. Definitely recommend!

Room is clean and we are given a room not facing the road so its good. Have a quiet night before our flight. Near to klia. Recommended for a short stay before flying. Definitely will come back again.

I stayed here two weeks for an event. The room was really great, the staffs very helpful and lovely. The buffet food was delicious. There serve variety of food and desert everyday. The environment is so nice. I give 5 stars to this hotel.

My stay was super pleasant and my niece really enjoys the pool! Mind you, the pool shared with the shaftbury residence and they are salt water pool! The pool is very big, make sure to bring your swimsuit, you will not regret it! However there were no shoes in the room, we opened all the drawers but found none. Probably had to ask from the reception but it's okay, nothing much on that as their floor is not tiles nor hard hardwood floower. The services of their staff, like always from Accor group, top notch. There are different lift from parking lot (we park at B1) to the other floor, their staff even help pointing us to the right direction. Make sure to bring your TnG with you so you can validate it for free parking. I booked via Trip so it comes with breakfast, but boy they didn't disappoint. The breakfast buffet, like my previous stay in another Mercure hotel, SUPERB! Kudos to the chef/baker who served and made the croissant sandwich from table to table, love their croissant and fillings! Kudos to the chef who prepared my scramble the way I requested. And also to that delicious nasi lemak. Plus, that surprising ice cream for breakfast which of course, the most enjoyable one for my niece. Just that we went for breakfast quite late around 9am so the refill is a bit slow on some food but we still manage to taste almost all of them (except for the noodle station). and the restaurant used for breakfast buffet is so big that you can sit far from other guests.
