Stayed for three nights from October 4th to October 7th. Overall evaluation, OK. Hygiene: The cleaning is basically acceptable. But the details are not very good. For example, the toilet paper in the bathroom is not replenished in time, and there will be some dust in some unused areas. Facilities: It may be because the hotel was built earlier. Although it was renovated in 2024, the overall feeling is still relatively old. Moreover, there was a problem with the shower room not draining smoothly, and it can only be used normally after inspection. Service: The attitude of the service staff is still very good, and they will actively help solve problems when they encounter them. Hotel system: This is the most speechless. When checking out, it was said that we used the paid food and supplies in the room, but we didn't use them at all. The hotel confirmed it on the spot, but it didn't understand it after almost 20 minutes. Finally, we had to leave because we had to catch the plane. Before leaving, the hotel promised that it would not deduct fees and would contact us by email after finding out the reason. In the evening of the same day, the hotel sent an email saying that the problem was caused by a system problem and promised that no fees would be incurred. Although this matter was solved smoothly, it still has some impact on the impression of the hotel. Hotel location: The location is in Gangnam District, which is a little inconvenient, but there are buses and subways, but the subway station is a little far away and you need to walk. If I go to Korea again next time, I probably won't stay at this hotel again.

The staffs are very good. The hotel is clean, beautiful, and the atmosphere is good. The room is spacious and very clean. The maid comes to clean every day. We stayed for 3 nights. It is convenient to travel. Next to the hotel, you can walk a little bit to find Starbucks and Super CU. Impressive.

The hotel feels grand, but the actual room spacing is strange, and the toilet design is very impractical. But the biggest problem is that the hotel feels very unclean. All four of our two rooms felt bug bites while sleeping on the bed, and we sat in the lobby. After a while, I felt itchy all over my body. I couldn’t believe the quality of this five-star hotel. I wouldn’t recommend staying here just because of the hygienic conditions.

Booked two rooms, my mother stayed in a king-size bed room which was old, my wife and children and I stayed in a one-bedroom room which was newly renovated, very new and clean. The staff was of good quality, the price was a bit expensive during the National Day holiday, the location was very good, the fish in the sushi restaurant on the second floor next door was very fresh, recommended.
