We requested a barrier-free room because we have a small elderly person and a disabled person, but the bed and bathtub were Western-style and inconvenient. If you request a barrier-free room, it would be better to clearly communicate what kind of considerations you require.

No matter when I use it, the service is good and the access is great. Everyone speaks Japanese well, so I feel at ease.
The only problem was that there were few outlets and USBs for charging, and there were no charging outlets around the bed.

The perfect location, right next to Myeongdong and Lotte department store. We had a deluxe room which is of decent size, quite a lot of space to put our things. Would highly recommend.

Amazing location (right beside myeongdong streets), staff and services were excellent as well. Not to mention the comprehensive gym. One of the better hotels I have stayed, would definitely visit if I am coming back to Seoul.

The room had a great view of Namsan Tower. The room was old, but it had a luxurious feel. I had booked a taxi on the way back, but they forgot and told me that there were no taxis at that time, which made me panic because I had a flight to catch. I waited about 15 minutes and was finally able to catch one, but there was no apology, which was disappointing. This would never happen in Japan, but I thought it was typical of Korea.

I have stayed at Seoul Rakuten many times. Every time I go to Seoul, it is one of my must-choose hotels. The location is very convenient, close to the subway station, only a 2-minute walk. There are many choices in restaurants👍🏼
