A mess, can't go again

It is simple but can meet the needs of rest quite well. The room is very clean and the public facilities on the first floor can meet the needs. The location is extremely ideal. It is about 5 minutes away from the nearest subway station and about 10 minutes from KTX. It is possible for people with large suitcases. It should be noted that the stairs are difficult to walk, and the aisle in the room may not be wide enough for larger suitcases to be opened.

The room was nice, and it was pretty good for a B&B. Because I had a late flight, I only used this hotel as a transfer in order to take a train to Busan the next day. It was very close to Seoul Station, but it was in a small road. I arrived at night, so I was a little skeptical and hesitant when following the navigation. But it was generally easy to find. When I arrived late at night, my name was written on the front desk screen, and I chose my own room key to check in. There was indeed no elevator, so if I had a lot of luggage, I had to carry it up and down by myself. I didn't have time to experience services such as breakfast and laundry. Overall, the experience was good, and I would choose this hotel again next time I transfer by train.

I'm not sure because I haven't been to the hotel, and when I requested cancellation about 10 minutes after making the reservation due to my business trip schedule, they didn't accept it. There are no rules so I have nothing to say, but I still thought it was a bit too much.

The location is close to the station, which is a plus, but there are also heaps of garbage and homeless people, it’s scary to go in the evening, I wouldn’t choose it again. The room seems to have everything, but dirt and dust spoil everything, just layers of dust and dirt stuck everywhere - table, window sill, sink, all surfaces, you can’t even put a bag down to wipe it off. In the bathroom, the shelf with shampoo, etc. was simply torn off and stood on the floor, the shower is right above it, that is, you wash and all the dirt flows along this shelf. There is nowhere to put the brush, and it’s disgusting from the dirt. There is mold on the walls. We wanted to change the hotel, but he didn’t get in touch, trip.com didn’t solve this problem either. Conclusion - if it cost $20, I would turn a blind eye to it, but for $80 we lived nearby - 5 minutes walk closer to the center, in a beautifully renovated room, clean bathroom, bottled water, etc. For the same price, this guesthouse is simply terrible. With cheap accommodation you can tolerate this.

It's close to Seoul Station, so it's more convenient if you want to go to Lotte Supermarket.

The cleanliness was a bit disappointing, but it was not bad as it had satisfactory facilities.
