Location is a straight walk from the subway station. CU nearby, same building as a medical facility. Quite spacious room, more apartment style than hotel. Counter staff very friendly, was trying his best to help us book transport to the airport as we were running late. Good service from staff!
Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel provided. Bed was comfortable.

The place was well-cleaned and I had a pleasant stay.
If I had to say one thing, it would be that the washing machine didn't work properly and took a long time.
The surrounding area was quiet and I slept soundly.
I was late when I checked in, but they accommodated. (Korean only)
The cleaning staff were also very kind and talked to me.
It's in a straight line to Gangnam Station and is within a 10-minute walk, so the location is great.

The room was not cleaned well overall, especially the bathroom area. As soon as I entered, there was a long strand of hair on the floor, and a small spider was hanging from a thread in the shower.
Also, my room was on the 14th floor, and even after killing one, there were still mosquitoes for 3 days.
Also, there was no outlet on the desk with the mirror, so it was very inconvenient when getting ready in the morning. (There are bugs in the bathroom area with the sink, so I try not to go there if possible.)
The room was very spacious and the price was reasonable.

The room was very good, and it matched the photos on the platform. And after checking out today, my friend found that a piece of clothing was left in the hotel. We called the front desk to inquire and were told that the clothing was still there and they would keep it for us first and go back to get it when we have time. The location was great! They don't speak Japanese. The 2nd to 10th floors of the hotel is a hospital, so it's a shame that you have to take the elevator with the patients to get there.

There is a hospital attached to the hotel, so I was a little concerned that patients would use the same elevator and go up to the guest room floor, but other than that I didn't have any particular issues and had a comfortable stay.
